Believe it or not, they actually convinced me to wire my basement a way that was less expensive for me, and less profit for them.

they handle it right away. Their pricing is fair and they know what they are doing. I referred my sister to them and they fixed a big mess that another company had caused. I have no idea why others aren't satisfied with this company because they always do right by me.

As a property manager, I depend on good vendors and these guys are the best. Marnie is very responsive and helps out as best they can when I have an emergency.

I had an extremely bad experience with Heritage Electric and wanted to warn others.

First they tried to overcharge me by several hours and when I had proof that they did, they came back and didn’t complete the whole job. When I told them they hadn’t completed the job, they said they’d have to charge me drive time and hourly rate to come back a third time even though they had forgotten saying they had ‘given me a break’ the first time by not charging me even though I had proof they stayed for 5 hours instead of the billed 7.5 hours.

Avoid using them if you can, they are not honest nor do they get the job done. I now have a master bedroom light that cannot be controlled by the light switch because they didn’t do it right the first time or second and want me to pay to have them come back after already spending 2K with them.

Anyone have a good recommendation for someone who fix this the first time and not try to rip me off?

Have had great service from Robert on three different jobs. He came up with a creative solution to the required outlet on a new deck. He did a nice job wiring a ceiling fan in our vaulted living room with conduit that blended nicely next to a beam. Also helped us out with a wiring puzzle when I tried wiring a new vanity light myself, locating a GFI in the garage that was tripped when working on a bathroom on the second-floor. I'd use them again for prompt, courteous work that was a good value each time.

We had Heritage come out and do some electrical work done on some old wiring in a house that we are renting out. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices beat out some of the competition which is why we ended up going with them. I don't have a lot of experience with electricians, but I certainly had a good experience with this group. Recommended.
