I called your company Red Fox Electric on Friday proxy around 1:30 in the afternoon after trying to call several other companies that did not show up. My name is Keith Croft. I’m the owner of a company, Plumbing tree, plumbing and heating believe me. I know the service red fox electrician is outstanding Tim. The technician was 100% professional excellent clean and goes beyond his work. Red Fox Electric is lucky to have them as I know in the industry. We did not complete business but your employee Tim was an honorable man. We had six or seven different companies give us quotes not one did any diag. But Tim did he was here for over an hour and told us a completely different response then we'd even heard prior. He tested everything and found our power issues was actually coming from the power company. He could have up sold us like every one else and still allowed this issue but he didn't. He found the issue for us got us connected with Xcel energy and made it right. Our issue was coming from the power company and it was only found by someone who cared enough to do his job and be honest. I can't thank tim of the company he represents more for being upstanding humans, money is tight we was in a bad spot and we now know who the good guys are in the electric field.
