I've worked with Williams & Sons Electric once but I plan on going back to them for my next upgrade. They came out on a Saturday for a quote. When they worked on my upgrade they made sure to patch up all holes created to ensure nothing was left exposed. Stellar job.

The experience with Williams and Sons Electric and the proposed lighting project was painless. Tim was easy to work with and allowed things to play out without pushing to make things happen. Quickly assessing the lighting issue, sketching a rough drawing of the proposed fixture layout, established project timeline and start date, in addition to the cost proposal. Tim and his son started on schedule, completed project within the established timeline with outstanding precision and level of performance. Would definitely use Williams and Sons again!

David & Isiah from Williams & Sons did a great job. They remedied a long standing issue with some outside lighting, and repaired/replaced a malfunctioning outlet.
They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - explaining everything they did.

Our service panel was over 50-years old and needed to be upgraded. Tim, David, and DJ upgraded our electrical service to 200 amp, with a new service panel and circuit breakers. They also installed new grounding rods, added a new circuit, added a whole house surge protector, and brought the system to the current electrical code. They were prompt, hard working, answered our questions and educated us on what they were doing and why. We would recommend them for residential electrical work.

I called Williams and Sons for an issue with our breaker box a week ago in the morning. The lady asked if the matter should be labeled urgent and I said yes. She indicated someone would call me back. By mid-day I hadn't heard from anyone so I called back. I was told that they were busy and they asked to confirm my contact information. Everything was correct. A week later - still no call back. I called a different electrical company and got an appointment set right away. My takeaway is that Williams and Sons decides which jobs are worth its time and ignores the rest.

We reached out to this company seeking their services and were hopeful based on their advertised reputation. Unfortunately, they never returned our call, even after a reasonable amount of time and follow-up. It’s disappointing when a business doesn’t prioritize basic communication with potential customers. We ended up taking our business elsewhere.

Thank goodness the Williams electric sticker was in the breaker box in our basement! I called them when we lost power in part of our home and they discovered the issue and repaired it so that we'll never have that problem again. I was so impressed with their work that I had them back to install a whole house generator. David and Tim are just wonderful to work with! They couldn't be more polite and conscientious and their work is superb. They will forever be my one and only call for electrical work.

David and his partner were awesome! They came during a blizzard to honor an appointment made weeks prior. They protected ours floor and carpet by immediately donning shoe covers. Job was done well and they made sure I knew the resolution and how the electrical was set up for the future if I needed to trip breakers etc.

Great work. Extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful. When they ran into issues with my poorly wired house they addressed them rather than leaving it for the next guy. After ten years of extremely poor experiences with contractors I finally found a company I trust. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic! They treated me like family and gave me the best experience possible. As a new home owner, I was navigating my first big maintenance issue almost completely blindly and they took the time to educate me, make me feel comfortable, and help guide me through the process. Also sat with me on hold with Xcel for hours! Will only be using Tim and his team in the future! The best of the best.

David was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever met. He explained everything he was doing with our home with excellent detail and he did an excellent job. He was very outgoing and very passionate at what he does. David made this process very easy for us and I will call him if there’s any issues with my home.

Dave and D.J. came on Thursday, August 22nd. They worked hard and did a good job! I am very pleased with their good efforts and the results of their work.

I contacted Williams and Sons on Tuesday morning (and though the work was not an emergency) they came on Tuesday afternoon and replaced an exterior fixture high above the ground on the church bell tower.
Mark, D.J. and Dave were all polite, professional and proficient. The work was done promptly and we are certainly pleased.
I would highly recommend Williams and Sons for both residential and commercial work.
