Very impressive outfit to work with. From scheduling, to the mechanic, Tom, that arrived and solved the issue in a time efficient, friendly and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

I Called Ryan Spencer a year after we had our lift installed.
Our phone system had stoped working. As I had him on the phone I heard him ask a technician a question to solve my problem.
He then asked him Do you have you tools and he said I will send a tech right over. WOW great service.
We got the issue resolved and we are back up and running again.

This company did not fix the elevator and charged full fee despite repeated discussion. I would not recommend them.

This company is horrible. Their tech has an ego that gets in the way of doing his job. They double the charge of a service call without any notification and after they already came to your house. And then after you pay the service charge, they never order the parts and then have complete lack of attention to the repair needed. Don't use them. There are so many more customer friendly companies out there who want to do a good job.
