Flooring reviews in Denver, Colorado

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! Aleksandar and everyone at 5280 floors were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were able to remove all of our existing carpet, match the existing wood floors in our home, and install new flooring in one week. We also had our existing floor vents updated with flush mount vents and it all looks amazing. Truly we cannot recommend them enough!

I couldn’t be happier after working with 5280 Floors. I wanted to bring my 90s red oak floors back to their original white oak glory- and wasnt sure if that could happen. The entire staff was incredibly professional - from management (Scott), to administrative personnel (Kate), and the crew members (Andres and Javier). They provided a detailed quote at no cost (very fair market value) and maintained steady and clear communication before, during and after the project. I was so grateful for detailed project updates (with photos!) at the end of every single work day so I could see the progress. The best part is how impressed I am with the finished result! I would recommend 5280 Floors to anyone! In fact, I’ll be using them again when it’s time to re-do my kitchen and bedroom floors!

The team at 5280 floors are top notch. From Scott's first walk through, to the detailed estimate from Kate, to the final walk through. Scott and Kate provided a wonderful experience. John the installer, did a great job as well. I am so glad I found them centrally located in LoHi and I will recommend them to other clients who need new flooring! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I had a great experience with the folks at 5280 Floors. My first interaction with Chris was personable and professional. Emails from Kate was professional and finally the work that Eli performed was very good. Eli was personable and I trusted him to be in my home alone. Great work from the whole 6280 team.

Team did a great job. We had time urgency around a construction clean up job. They came in within a days notice, filled cracks, cleaned off paint, scrubbed our floors back to beautiful and put in the time to do it right. Will be using again.

The experience from start to finish was very professional. We finished our concrete floors in the basement and 5280 Floors came highly recommended. AJ and Mitch were a great team. They were very respectful of our home, thorough in their work, and kept us updated on the progress. We will be using them again in the future for our garage.

We had a great experience with 5280 floors. From Chris and Scott the project managers and the technicians Eli and Haven - everyone was great. All were professional, punctual, and personable. We would highly recommend 5280 floors to any of our friends. We love our refinished floors. Thanks 5280!

We had an amazing experience working with 5280 Floors. From our initial meeting in their showroom through our finished installation, everyone we worked with was professional and kind. The LVP looks amazing and the installation process was smooth! We appreciate the attention to detail, daily email updates, and absolutely love our new floors. Big thanks to Colleen, Kate, Scott, Allen, Jon, and Eli who were flexible and compassionate when an unforseen family emergency arose in the middle of our project. I highly recommend 5280 for your next floor project. We would 100% use them again.

Alex and Chris were both incredibly communicative during the process of refinishing and repairing our floors. I can't believe how lovely they look. Not only did they do a great job, they also finished earlier than expected which was so helpful to get us moved into our new house faster!

Working with 5280 Floors has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their attention to detail is unmatched — from product selection to final installation, every step is executed with precision and care. They approach each project with a deep understanding of both craftsmanship and performance, ensuring the finished result is not only beautiful but built to last.

What truly sets 5280 Floors apart is their knowledge of trends and products. They stay ahead of the curve on materials, technology, and best practices, and they take the time to educate their partners and clients along the way. Whether it’s understanding the nuances of hardwood in radiant floor applications or recommending the right finish for durability and aesthetics, their expertise brings real value to every collaboration.

Beyond their technical skill, their communication is consistent, proactive, and transparent. Questions are answered quickly, expectations are clearly set, and timelines are respected — which makes coordination seamless.

Equally impressive is their commitment to community giveback. They genuinely care about the local industry and the broader community, supporting events, education, and partnerships that strengthen everyone involved.

5280 Floors is more than a flooring contractor — they’re a trusted partner who elevates every project they’re part of.

We had a great experience with 5280 Floors. They replaced carpet with hardwood in 2 rooms + a hallway. Incredibly professional team and excellent communication throughout the process. Thank you Scott, John, Allen, and Mike! Highly recommend!

Solid experience doing herringbone style floors with specific oil stain that required top craftsman to get it done. Haven did a thorough job and the result speaks for itself. Kate and Scott were attentive in running the project with daily updates and concerns addressed immediately. Will return for my next flooring job.

5280 Floors did an incredible job on our hardwoods! We had them refinished and they look like brand new. Ivan was fantastic-his work was flawless, and he even finished earlier than expected. Scott was great, keeping everything on track and making sure the project ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend 5280 Floors to anyone!

The 5280 team did a fantastic job installing/refinishing the floors in our home. We have a 100 year old home so multiple repairs were required in addition to installing new flooring in our kitchen expansion project. The team was highly professional throughout the process and did an amazing job!

Outstanding experience with 5280 Floors! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. We had a horrible experience with another flooring company that basically destroyed our floors to the point of needing complete redo. From the moment we met with Scott for the estimate, we knew we were working with a knowledgeable and professional company. He put our fears to rest and gave a complete outlook for what to expect. They helped us choose the perfect flooring for our space, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised—and on time!

The installation crew was punctual, detail-oriented, and left everything spotless. The quality of workmanship truly shows, and the finished floors look and feel fantastic. If you’re looking for reliable service, honest guidance, and beautiful results, I highly recommend 5280 Floors. We couldn’t be happier!
