We have used Jamison’s services twice now, and have been very satisfied with his work. He is efficient, organized and reliable. He not only cleaned our windows, but was able to remove some clouding with special supplies. Our windows have never looked so bright and clear!

Sunburst did an awesome job on my impossibly dirty windows, inside and out. They are now fabulously clean. I learned the history of the company from Noah as he worked inside my living room. It’s a good story. I was impressed with their ultra-filtered water that they advertised as leaving no spots. It left no spots. I absolutely recommend Sunburst if your windows need washing.

Our home is on floors 2 & 3 over a commercial business with lots of large windows. It's been hard to find a window washer to do the work because of the height of the building and I'm not a fan of the guys that hang out of the window to clean the outside glass.

Jamison’s machine allows him to stand on the ground and clean windows up to 50 feet in the air. He did an amazing job for us. The windows sparkle and he was super polite and conscientious. Communication was great, too.

They did a great job and reasonably priced. The only issue I had was them not showing up at their scheduled time. They made it good though and were able to get a crew to my house later that day.

We used this company for interior and exterior window cleaning last Spring and the work they did on our windows was good. The problem is the communication, punctuality and their overall scheduling system needs improvement. I booked for an exterior window clean at our home this last week and they cancelled a few hours before the appointment time. When we rebooked for the following weekend there was no follow-up communication on the booking and they did not show up for the re-booked appointment. This makes it hard to plan and eventually I had to move my business elsewhere.

We signed up for full service window cleaning. They look amazing! Mark and Andy were friendly, efficient and thorough. Definitely will use again.

Jamison did an excellent job and was very efficient. I was worried it would be awkward having someone in our home for several hours, but we hardly noticed him and were never disturbed.

Longnecker was unprofessional, unprepared and was awful with follow up
You sent us three invoices with no explanation of services or a plan or and estimated competition date.
Remember this has been going on for months. I wouldn’t use you to pick dog crap let alone windows, gutters or anything else

The funny thing is I called a competitor : one call, 10 minutes later got a response, bit in 5 more minutes, agreed to a price signed the contract and got the installation. Perfect.

NEVER REACH OUT TO US AGAIN

Jamison did an amazing job- great communication, explained his process and estimate thoroughly, and was able to get us scheduled quickly. Our windows were old and hadn’t been cleaned since we moved in a couple of years ago (eek!)- he was able to complete our entire house, including skylights, efficiently and spotlessly. I had thought about trying to do them myself, but am so glad I reached out- the whole house looks amazing and feels “fresh”. Will definitely be reaching out to him again!
