This is my 2nd year having John at Glistening Glass wash my windows. I am thrilled to have clean clear windows!! Just as good as last year - looking forward to scheduling again.

John is very efficient, everything is clean, no mess left behind.

John and Glistening Glass did an Incredible job on our windows and he repaired some of our old screens too. Our windows were “invisible” when he finished.

I can see clearly now -thanks to John and his team! John expertly tackled our large old windows and storm windows. He was prompt thorough, conscientious, and kept me informed throughout the process. Our circa 1911 windows hadn’t been cleaned in an embarrassingly long time. John and his crew easily tackled the windows and finicky storm windows leaving the screens clean and glass sparkling. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again.

I have my windows washed typically twice a year. I need to say this is the first time I have used glistening glass and my windows look the best they have ever looked. Glistening glass did a much thorough job with not only the windows but also with cleaning the screens. I thought ther were stained but came out perfectly clean.

04.18.26 - After I kept following up with Brian of ServiceMasters of Denver he changed his story. He claimed that he came by for a reason other than what I requested, an estimate. He referred me to another business for the estimate. I have no clue why he ever came to my home to begin with. Something seems shady about ServiceMaster - Denver. I located competitors who provided estimates are weren't as supicious. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
04.18.26 - So I heard back from Brian of ServiceMasters this morning by text. He referred me to another company that he's worked with. After telling me yesterday that I would get an estimate quickly from Servicemasters, today he says that his company is 2 months behind.

I felt uncomfortable with this guy representing himself as ServiceMaster. When he was here I walked in the room at caught him looking at my personal things and not the wall or ceiling. MY EXPERIENCE IS BAD WITH SERVICEMASTERS. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN OR BE VERY CAUTIOUS.
04.18.26 - I called Brian the service person about the estimate. He indicated that he does not write the estimates though he spent close to an hour in my home assessing the damage. "THEY" DO. Who is "they"? I followed up with a text. ... No response. SERVICEMASTER SEEMS TO BE UNRELIABLE. If you work with ServiceMaster, do so with abundant caution.
04.17.26 - The verdict is not out on them so I'm very pragmatic so far. They came for an estimate two days ago. I never received an estimate yet. The service person never asked for my email address to send the estimate. I had to remind him. I am used to getting a written estimate on the spot. Seems strange.
