Mike is awesome !! I would give Mike 10 stars if I could. I will only use Masterseed to care for my yard !! Mike is extremely knowledgeable about how to care for your yard and trees 🌳. My yard is the best on the block since Mike took over my yard care. Mike is the only one I trust with my yard !!

Mike and team were great! Responsive, patient with my slew of first time home owner/total newbie to yard care (let alone landscape reconstruction) questions, and the hydroseeding turned out great. Highly recommend!

Michael worked really hard on my lawn that had been a bit neglected for a while. He did an outstanding job, by himself, aerating, overseeding and applying a topical to protect our seeding. Couldn’t be happier! And all after three other companies couldn’t get to me or even call me back.

I am so glad we found Michael! We had no idea what to do with our mess of a lawn (and it was a MESS!!!). We called Michael and he walked through the entire process. Explained his very reasonable estimate and what we needed to do. We had one very small issue after he completed the job and he was immediately available to help us. Has followed up and we could not be happier! We cannot believe how great it turned out-- I wish we had photos to share.

Master Seed did one of my houses that I rent last spring. Very professional and the work was amazing. I was skeptical at first, but then my lawn started to just explode into one of the best lawns I have ever owned. It was a pleasure to work with you. I will be a repeat customer this year as well.

Our front lawn was totally neglected by previous owners. Mike came out and aerated then I put down some good quality topsoil. He then sprayed the magic and it the early results are looking great. Lots of green in place of baked clay! I will update after we start cutting. Oh, and Mike is super to work with!

These guys did a great job fixing my damaged lawn. Between the dogs and the drought during these hot Colorado summers, it needed some massive help. Once Mike laid down the seed mixture all I had to do was water and within two weeks I had a thicker, greener lawn. The pricing was way less than the others that quoted me too. I would definitely recommend.

Michael from Masterseed is a great guy who does excellent work. We had a project with moderate soils at high elevation in Conifer, and Michael worked hard to make sure everything was done well. Michael is knowledgable, professional, and thorough, and his pricing is competitive. To top it off, you won't find a nicer guy to work with. I highly recommend Masterseed!

I cannot even begin to tell how happy I am that I found Masterseed! Michael did such a wonderful job! I originally contracted with another "affordable" seeding provider but their service was awful. Once we found Masterseed we now have the best lawn in the neighborhood. Michael and his team are extremely knowledgeable, super accommodating and easy to work with. Mike was so wonderful to work with! He was extremely responsive to phone calls and texts, even after he finished the job to help consult about watering. We would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to get an amazing lawn at an affordable price.

We love our new lawn and it was a quarter of the cost of sod. As long as you follow what Michael tells you to do in terms of prep and watering (which he will explain in great detail) then you will have a beautiful lawn!

Michal is responsive, knowledgeable and loves what he does. He seeded both our front and back yards and both have been amazing. We get complements every year.

Mike with Masterseed hydroseeding does amazing work. I chose his business based off of Google reviews alone and it couldn't have been more spot on. Super prompt, very professional and explains everything down to the simplest form. His willingness to continue communication after the work has been done to follow up how things are going is exceptional. After seeding, it took only 5 days for the seeds to start germinating, super impressive! Today is day 20. Mike seeded my lawn on August 28th and this is September 17th. My lawn is roughly 4 and 1/2 inches tall and pretty uniform throughout with occasional spots of 5 to 6 inches. I couldn't have asked for better results for quite literally 70 to 80% less than the cost of sod. Hands down this is the way to go with Mike at Masterseed!

everyone we had contact with at masterseed was so great. they were especially flexible with scheduling and worked with us to get our seed laid after a few set backs.

most importantly, we have a beautiful lawn now. i would have never thought we'd get such a lush lawn from such humble beginnings. a great service and so much cheaper than sod. see some before and after shots!

We had Michael come out in Hydro seed, front and backyard and he did an absolute beautiful job. I would highly recommend master seed hydroseeding to anyone. The pictures are from 1 week to 4 weeks

I am highly pleased with both the service I received from Masterseed as well as the end result of the hydroseed process. Masterseed was great to work with - good communication, quick service, and very affordable. Our seed sprouted in about a week, with a great lawn in less than 6 weeks. The "after" photos are about 6 weeks after planting, and I have received many compliments on the color and thickness of our lawn. I think the hydroseed was not only much cheaper, but actually ended up thicker and healthier than sod. Note - I do have an irrigation system which helped a lot.

I have tried every grass seed out there...If you have had trouble with growing grass in the past look no further...Michael and his team are amazing and are very knowledgeable. I had a huge back yard full of weeds and now I have a beautiful lush backyard lawn in less than 6 months. The grass started growing within a few weeks. I actually saw masterseeds work at a neighborhood house and hounded the workers until I got the info on how they grew such a beautiful lush lawn in only a few months.

Not only is Michael knowledgeable, his prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is spectacular. You will not go wrong or regret your decision to go with Masterseed.

Knowledgeable, good communication, flexible. Michael provided tips and feedback while I was doing my prep-work for seeding about 8500 sqft, was in and out efficiently on application day, and provided support afterwards to achieve exactly the turf I was hoping for. Couldn't be happier with the outcome, which was the result of solid preparation and Michael's custom seed blend and expert application. About 5 weeks after seeding and the turf is thick, healthy, and rapidly crowding out the broadleaf and other weeds.
