Love this company! It was so easy to call and schedule everything, and all for a great price. They were in regular communication with me as I got my first deep clean and regular monthly maintenance clean all set up. Vilma and Ada were our original cleaners, and they did a fantastic job! I will definitely request that team is my regular cleaning team. Highly recommend!

MaidThis did a great job when we had a puppy-related cleaning emergency recently! They were able to send someone over same day and it was like nothing had ever happened.

These high reviews are mis-leading. I've used Maidthis off and on over the years and I don't plan to use them again. Cleaning is extremely inconsistent. Their deep clean is pretty much just a mediocre clean that doesn't leave your place feeling clean. They also use the same rag for everything, which just moves dirt and hair from one place to another. I'd recommend using someone else.

Elena was wonderful! She was communicative with her arrival time, and did a wonderful job with the cleaning of our rental move out. It really saved us time and stress knowing that a professional could do this for us when we had such a short time to move out. Will hire again!

My experience with this company has been inconsistent.

My first cleaning was excellent- thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly done with care. Unfortunately, the most recent two cleanings have been disappointing. After sharing feedback about the prior clean, I was told their best cleaners would be sent. Two cleaners arrived but spent only about an hour in my one-bedroom apartment, and the work felt rushed. Baseboards and mirrors were not cleaned, visible dust remained, and areas underneath moved items were missed.

This has been frustrating, especially because I know how good the service can be based on my initial experience.

I made contact with several cleaning services before settled down with MaidThis. A very much stress-free experience. From the user friendly website booking to the seamless communication that follows, everything was spectacular. No extra charges on oven,fridge and etc which a lot of companies do. One flat fee for everything! On the day of service, the scheduled cleaner had an emergency but they were able to quicky find a replacement who arrived on time and did a fabulous job. For anyone who meticulously looks through Google reviews trying to decide who to choose for your house cleaning, welcome to an honest review! This cleaning was for a move out clean for the rental property we're vacating. First, MaidThis customer service was excellent. They were super responsive once I had requested my quote and were able to schedule me for the time/day I wanted. Second, the cleaners, Sandy and her associate were on time (within their window of arrival) and did excellent cleaning. They also made sure to send me photos of their job once completed and made sure I was satisfied. Third, I understand and recognize that companies have reasoning for their prices and that they've worked hard to obtain the rates they can charge. However, this was the only company I found to charge less then $200 for a cleaning and I was happy! I know also you sometimes get what you pay for, but as mentioned above, I thought they did an excellent job and the house is perfect for move out conditions. Cheers to anyone who made it through this review, happy looking!
