Larkspur helped me design a starter garden and balcony pollinator garden this year and the results were incredible. The space is small, but they made it feel lush and purposeful with native plants, container-friendly perennials, and seasonal color. Tons of bees and butterflies showed up within weeks.

Nicole created the most stunning landscape plan for our backyard, incorporating beautiful Colorado native wildflowers that have truly transformed our space. Even at the end of October, the plants still look vibrant and amazing! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Larkspur Landscaping!! My husband & I are novices when it comes to gardening, but really wanted to take advantage of our new yard space & planters left behind. They first came over for an initial consult/walk through to help us understand what would work best in our space, then came back after we bought all the edibles and plants to help us design and plant (including a cute little peach tree that we named Judith lol)! It was truly worth every penny. They’re so knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Larkspur Landscaping created a beautiful Japanese inspired garden for us in our Foothills home. The design process was clear with ample communication and lovely renderings.

We imagined a Japanese inspired garden and Larkspur Landscaping delivered. Nicole Ch. understood the desired vibe and color palette. She showed patience and inclusion of us in the process. And worked tirelessly to get every detail right. She wasn’t phased by additional scope and revisions.

As an interior designer, I wanted to be included more than the average client. She invited me in at each step of the process, including the time consuming effort of selecting just the right individual stones for accent and stepping. She also provided invaluable input into the custom steel fence design.

Nicole Ch. was onsite during critical points in the implementation, placing steps, rocks, plants and managing the contractors to ensure high quality results. Partner Nicole was also around at various stages of the process. We appreciated two creative discerning eyes on everything.

We are delighted with the outcome. We saw significant growth in the final summer months fading into gorgeous fall colors. You can see some of that seasonal progression in the photos. We can’t wait to see our garden fill in over the next few years.

The crew was jovial and worked well together. I can’t wait for next spring!

Extremely expensive for residential landscape. Two years later trees are being replaced, bushes as well. Paved patio breaking off edge will now need to be repaired. We’ve been told we were “ripped” off paying way more than any of our neighbors. Disappointed!

Phase One has an incredible team, and was able to fully design and build my landscape quickly and without hassle!

We had a very good experience with this company. They have different crews and maybe each crew is a little different. Ours was led by Venancio. He's amazing. He went by our design, but then added valuable suggestions. These guys went above and beyond to polish off the work. They are a full service company so they might cost more than others. From my experience, it was completely worth it as they just took care of everything and made my life easy.

Very pleased with the paver project that they completed for my rental property. Crew worked diligently, even though the weather wasn’t the best. And the end result was fantastic.👍

I found Phase One to be diligent and really nice folks to deal with, from my terrific designer Trish (who listens!) to the wonderful 2 crews that did the work. Any problems were addressed without hassle - a mark of a fine company in my opinion. I love my front and backyards and get loads of compliments from passersby.

Worked with Phase One to develop a plan for front beds. Was supposed to get it installed the following year. Called, left messages, etc. but no response. Had to wait to the next season with my front beds torn out. Very disapointed.

Phase One Landscapes transformed my lackluster backyard patio into a rich palette of possibilities. The choice of pavers, aptly called Toscana, along with the detailed workmanship, is top-notch. Phase One Landscapes’ team has been knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the process, accommodating my home’s structural idiosyncrasies with integrity. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat.

Could not recommend this company more! From start to finish, we had a great experience. Their follow up and attention to detail was impressive. The crew who did the work was kind and thoughtful. They also worked really really hard! They did great things that I didn't think of - like level and bury the bottom of my trampoline so my kids don't fall far when they inevitably fall off. Really can't say enough nice things. Will recommend them to everyone I know.
