I’ve used the team for multiple projects including Powerwashing my house exterior and our patios. They have always been friendly but professional, fast but thorough and I think it’s a great value for how long it used to take me to do it myself. I've been a customer of Platinum for several years now and it's become such a necessary service to use a few times a year, especially with all the dust and grime we accumulate in CO.

Mark came out today and did our full exterior, roof, gutters and he did such an incredible job! My entire property looks fully refreshed and my neighbor even asked if we had repainted. I've already asked Mark to come back out in a month and work on some other projects for us and I can't wait to see the results!

I am beyond impressed! I needed my house washed to prepare for selling it, and Eric was able to get me in wweks sooner (within a few days) and was way cheaper than the other companies I called as well. In fact I added on cleaning the gutters because I was saving so much money. As if that wasn't enough to make me a happy customer, his team, Marc and Julio, HAND WASHED my exterior windows, AND pressure washed my roof, driveway, back yard patio AND the entire sidewalk around my house- and our house is on the corner!! They were easy to work with and on time, and Marc let me know about some issues that will end up saving me some money when inspection time comes. He and Julio were so courteous and moved quickly. Eric the owner even stopped and jumped in to make sure this giant project was completed quickly so his tram voukd go home on time. I'm just really impressed with their professionalism, their price, the quality of their work, their tramwork, and their ability to get me in so quickly. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them again to do the interior windows before listing and will definitely have them wash our new house too. Thank you guys so much!!!

Eric and his team are fabulous! This is my second time using his services and I will continue to be a repeat customer. Eric is professional, kind, and responsive. He takes time to understand your service needs and works quickly and efficiently to get you on the schedule. Mark has down my pressure washing both times and does an excellent job. It's clear that he takes pride in his work. He's always respectful of my property, does a walk through before and after, and makes sure I'm happy with the service before he leaves. The service was top notch.
They even retrieved the biggest, creepiest spider I’ve ever seen that I was unaware made his home above our front door. They caught it and gently gave it a new home in some bushes.

Great service. Called on a Wednesday, texted them a picture, had a quote on Thursday and the job was done on Friday. They were on time and the house looks great, bright white once again. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn't recommend this company more. They were responsive, thorough, kind and really hard working. We will be doing this power wash annually if not quarterly! Platinum Pressure Washing provided excellent service when I needed it most. A high pressure hydraulic oil line broke on a trash truck spaying oil all over my house and concrete patio. Platinum Pressure Washing came out on short notice and was able to clean everything up. I can't even tell where the oil had been.

We needed to have some oil stains removed from our garage floor & driveway. Eric was professional and friendly, and did a great job scrubbing away the stains and pressure washing the entire area - a very thorough job and we haven't seen the garage floor look so clean and "new" in years! Eric's services came highly recommended to us, and we, too, would highly recommend.

Mark did an awesome job on my house, windows and gutters. My house has never looked this clean, the windows are sparkling. Would definitely recommend their service!!! Before and after service to my gutters included.
