My house sparkles! The team did an incredible job cleaning our house! I highly recommend them.
The owner is so professional. When she came over to give an estimate, she had a book printed in color showing all the cleaning supplies they use and color-coded towels.

Their level of communication and professionalism before our house was deep cleaned truly put my mind at ease and made me feel like our needs were valued. Anny's team did an exceptional job cleaning our house. They arrived promptly for our appointment and began working right after the inspection. I have sensitivities to certain smells, and I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness in checking on me after they started. I was astounded when I saw how clean our bathroom was – I could see the sparkle from a mile away!

We used Big Solution LLC for the first time yesterday and are blown away by the job they did. The owner, Anny, first came to our home to do a full walk through and customized a plan for our needs. This included the usual like which rooms and the schedule but she also gave us options for picking scents and cleaning supplies. Yesterday, Anny and her team did the first cleaning. After years of using other cleaning services, I have never been so impressed. The teams’ attention to detail and customer service was excellent. We are so impressed. I could not have been any more pleased with the work Big Solution LLC did for us!! They did a deep dive clean in a 3 BR 2.5 bath condo for us!! They worked extremely hard and did such a nice job!! Not only did they clean, but they organized areas that had a lot of clutter. They have a wide selection of scents to freshen the air and make certain the scent is not overwhelming! The scheduling of their service was easy and timely. Price was very reasonable. The owner is an absolute delight!! Very professional and understanding of situations that require a deep clean. They truly want to help, and boy, did they ever!! I highly recommend this company and I can’t thank them enough for how they helped us!!!

Hi , when I walked into my house it was immaculate!!! I can’t tell you how clean it was tbh. I have had cleaners in the past but never like this. This company cleaned under my fridge, under my son’s bed and even the vents. I am in complete shock on how good my house looks. In saying this the one thing that I am amazed by is they won over my son. I usually don’t get my son’s room cleaned bc he’s stays in it due to his social anxiety. However today he had a package coming and stayed awake. He told me that this cleaning crew was so nice to him that he didn’t feel awkward. He said that they were the nicest people. They actually were able to clean his room for the first time in forever. This was our first clean and my son with social anxiety felt accepted and liked by them. This right here, this wins my heart and is the reason I wrote this review and will continue to use this company. Not only was my house gorgeous but they treated my son the way they did. I cannot recommend them enough. They’re amazing!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have had many cleaning services in the past but Ani and her crew are the best I've seen! Top of fridge, back of toilets, EVERYTHING! Very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend. I could not ask for more!

Do not trust the cleaners from this company. My stuff started disappearing little by little until one day I found a trash bag full of my daughters and my things including paper work I needed. Basically the cleaners went into my bedroom and instead of cleaning, they just threw all my stuff in the trash.
Not once did any of the teams sent, it was different ladies every time, go any step above and beyond and they rarely completed the most basic service required of them. In conclusion, the business owner has no problem with the way her teams are performing their service. They violated my trust and safety and security of my home. I am considering suitthem.
