Frida's Cleaning Services

If I was able to give a negative star I would. Two women were dropped off at my home around 1:00pm. The service I requested was dust only on my main floor, and cleaning the hardwood floor. I also requested them to vacuum the basement and clean the bathroom in the basement. I kept finding one of the cleaners looking g in my cabinets to use my cleaning supplies. They bring their own, however she kept using my cleaning products. I told her I do not need them to clean my oven nor my toaster oven. They wiped my cabinets with oven cleaner and sprayed it inside my toaster oven as well.
When they started cleaning my hardwood floors, they used dishwashing liquid and I had to tell them that is not the correct product to use. Luckily I had the right product. They didn’t finish until 7pm. Which is insane because they didn’t clean the entire home. When I called to inform the manager, she hung up on me. I would not ever recommend them nor use their poor services again! Of course when you attempt to speak to them they pretend to not understand you.

Thank you for replying, however this is the right company, I have the card from when you left. This is the number where you hung up after my mother informed you what the two ladies did! I’ll also be going on yelp, and Facebook and all social media platforms to let them know what you guys did!
