I really wish someone had left an honest review like this before I hired this company because I would have never used them.
Our couch was in good condition before the cleaning and only needed a light refresh from normal daily use. There were no visible streaks or discoloration prior to the service.
After the cleaning, the couch was left covered in obvious streaks and water marks that were never there before. I immediately sent photos to the owner, who apologized and said he would personally come make it right. Instead, he sent the same cleaner back, who spent less than 30 minutes on the couch, and the exact same issue happened again.
At that point, I was genuinely worried the couch was going to be permanently ruined, so I hired a different professional upholstery company to try to fix the damage. They actually had to charge me more because of how difficult the streaking was to correct.
The second company told me the couch should have never been cleaned the way Pine Cleaning Company cleaned it. They explained that the couch had been left overly soaked, which caused the streaking and could potentially lead to mildew issues. The difference in professionalism and knowledge between the two companies was night and day.
On top of that, the cleaner placed the machine directly on our hardwood floors without anything underneath it, which left a visible watermark on the wood floor.
I also paid to have both the tops and bottoms of the cushions cleaned, but they only cleaned the tops.
Overall, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The company did not stand behind their work or cover the additional costs caused by the damage. I would strongly caution others before hiring them!!!
