They even included a picture of Earl which was a nice touch to ensure i knew who was coming to look at our ac unit. Earl was gentle, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns, while thoroughly inspecting our ac unit. He managed to solve the problem with our ac unit and now we can finally enjoy some cool air instead of the hot we were dealing with. I am very grateful for him. I also had a good experience with their call center. The representative was really helpful and worked to arrange the soonest possible appointment for me. Just recently, I had two outdated (Freon) Carrier heating A/C systems replaced with modern (Puron) Carrier units. Though the old systems were operational, I decided to upgrade since Freon is gradually being phased out. Earl was the one who gave me the quote, assuring that the new units would be the right size to effectively handle both heating and cooling tasks. The installation process was carried out by skilled technicians including Nolan and Landon. They were knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and made sure to keep my home clean during the whole process. One of the systems that needed replacing was in an attic with very limited space for working. Despite the challenging and tough working conditions, they successfully removed the old system and installed the new one. Exceptional work!
