We have been relying on Comfort Zone HVAC Service for the past few years after a friend recommended them. The only other company we considered didn’t meet our expectations, so we are glad we found this one. They are always quick to respond, responsible, and respectful, ensuring you are satisfied with their work. Being a family-run business means we see the same friendly faces during each visit. They worked on our duct system and improved the airflow throughout our home. Now, the airflow is perfectly balanced—gentle in the less-used rooms and just right in the areas we use regularly. They also replaced our air conditioning unit, offering a price that was about $1000 less than what we found at Costco. Most of the installation was finished in just one day. There was a little hiccup with the placement of the new unit, but they went out of their way to handle the permitting process for us. Even though it didn’t change anything, we appreciated their effort. I highly recommend Comfort Zone HVAC Service and will definitely keep using them!

Comfort Zone HVAC Service did an exceptional job installing a complete geothermal heating and cooling system for us. The project involved taking out an outdated boiler and outfitting an older house with ducts and vents, all carried out proficiently and in a timely manner. Zachary was our main point of contact and he did a fantastic job communicating the overarching strategy and specifics of the work. He was accommodating and addressed all our queries, offering insights from his substantial experience and knowledge. He frequently checked in to answer questions or review the work. Jacob, who was handling things in the office, promptly supplied any necessary information, clarifications, or useful leads we required. The team and subcontractors were courteous and unobtrusive while working in our home. They displayed the resourcefulness required to overcome any challenges that arose from installing a new system in an old house. Local inspectors even commended the high quality of the work done. The entire project was finished within the projected timeline, allowing us to start enjoying our system just as winter arrived, and also to qualify for rebates and tax credits. Even after the installation was completed, during a couple of extremely cold days, we kept receiving support to ensure that our system was functioning properly. We highly recommend the Water Furnace geothermal system and the excellent services of Comfort Zone HVAC Service.

Jacob from Comfort Zone HVAC Service came out to repair my air conditioning in Denver. I wanted a second opinion after being told by another company that my central AC unit needed to be replaced. Jacob arrived around 3:30 p.m. and was able to fix my unit quickly. He found the problem within 15 minutes, replaced the capacitor, and added freon since the unit had none left. After putting in the freon and new capacitor, the AC started running in less than 20 seconds. He also checked everything with his voltage meter and gauges, and added stop leak to the system. Jacob discovered that the valves and o-rings were bad and said he would order the parts and come back to finish the job. I’m very happy I called for a second opinion—my AC is working again and my house is nice and cool. Jacob was very quick to respond and fixed my issue right away.
