Jacob from Comfort Zone HVAC Service came out to repair my air conditioning in Denver. I wanted a second opinion after being told by another company that my central AC unit needed to be replaced. Jacob arrived around 3:30 p.m. and was able to fix my unit quickly. He found the problem within 15 minutes, replaced the capacitor, and added freon since the unit had none left. After putting in the freon and new capacitor, the AC started running in less than 20 seconds. He also checked everything with his voltage meter and gauges, and added stop leak to the system. Jacob discovered that the valves and o-rings were bad and said he would order the parts and come back to finish the job. I’m very happy I called for a second opinion—my AC is working again and my house is nice and cool. Jacob was very quick to respond and fixed my issue right away.
