While he did recommend replacing the heat exchanger by the time spring rolled around - a reasonable suggestion given its age - he assured me that it wasn't on the brink of catastrophic failure as the previous service provider had indicated. His expertise and practical approach ensured that my home remained warm, and I wasn't forced into an immediate large expenditure. Come spring, I'm considering hiring this same furnace repair service to install a new furnace and heat exchanger.
