My residential home required a weekend call for a frozen line. In less than 24hrs Rodger’s and Sons was able to dispatch the on call technician on a Sunday first thing.
The on call Tech was Allen K. I have to say that I had a wonderful morning chatting with Allen as he worked on my equipment. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, he took the extra time to walk me through all the moving parts and explained in depth how the system worked.

I want to update my review to also include Chris Coppage, he was able to get an awesome rebate for my newly installed system! He was a huge help in the process.

Thought we probably would need a new AC since the unit is very old. Cullen was thorough, gave us all options and was able to bring the unit on-line and working well.
