i had a thoroughly good experience with ThermaCare HVAC Service. trenton (installation expert), bryson (chief technician), preston (tech) and another worker were all nice to talk to and very professional. Specifically, i had a non-urgent ac repair job that was handled perfectly in Denver.

I'm not one to often write reviews, but this team truly deserves commendation. They replaced the air conditioning systems in my property, and I couldn't be more pleased. The entire operation from beginning to end was seamless. Their technicians, like Trenton and Bryson, were incredibly informed and professional. My initial call was due to issues with my decades-old furnace. They repaired it without any hesitation and also conducted a CO level test in my home, discovering that the 'heat exchanger' was damaged. They quoted a very reasonable price for the replacement. It turns out, the sporadic headaches we were experiencing were due to high CO levels in the house. I chose to have them replace both the furnace and the AC with a brand new Bryant unit. Up to now, I am thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality of my new AC system.

If you find yourself stuck with a malfunctioning AC system in the middle of a heatwave, don't panic! Reach out to this excellent HVAC service company. Bryson, the head of the company, was right there to answer the late-night call and personally came to fix our AC system. I'm extremely pleased and grateful for their prompt service and expertise. If it were possible, I'd rate them higher than 5 stars. Much appreciated! We recently had a new furnace and humidifier installed by this same company. Bryson and his team did a stellar job! They're incredibly professional, well-informed, and responsive. They specialize in installing Trane units, known for their reliability and quality. The units and their installation come with extensive warranties. What's more, since our units were installed in the colder months, the team has committed to revisit during the warmer season to ensure everything runs smoothly with the change in weather. I would strongly recommend this HVAC service to anyone in need of quality installation and service!
