Our furnace stopped working during a recent cold snap. I reached out to Total Comfort HVAC Service in the morning and explained the issue to Tanner. He was able to set up an appointment for later that afternoon. I got a text letting me know when the technician, Oliver, was on his way. Oliver arrived quickly and was very friendly. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He even went the extra mile by performing some routine cleaning to help the furnace run smoothly for the next owner of our home. I can't say enough good things about Tanner from Total Comfort HVAC Service. I got a text the day of my HVAC service to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He made sure to respect my home, always wiping his shoes before coming in and even sweeping up the tiny bit of dust from working on the vents. Tanner was careful around freshly painted walls, and he didn’t seem bothered at all by working in an older house. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. My new thermostat started working right away and was simple to use. The whole experience was pleasant, and there was no pushy sales talk—just great service with a smile. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs!

I was very happy with how easy it was to set up a furnace repair appointment at a time that fit my schedule. The technician arrived right when they said they would. Oliver and his coworker did a great job keeping everything tidy, using drop cloths and cleaning up the area after working in my small furnace space. They vacuumed and wiped the floor when they finished. Oliver also took the time to show me how to change my furnace filters and explained how to use the new thermostat. I’m very pleased with my new furnace and the service I received.
