Best in the world!

Always leaves the places spotless!

It's almost like they don't exist , they suck.

Our company previously provided services for them at several 24 Hour Fitness locations. The work was completed, documented through work orders, and invoices were properly submitted. However, they left us with an unpaid balance of over $25,000.

Despite that experience, we decided to give them another opportunity and recently completed additional work servicing multiple T-Mobile locations. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again. The services were completed and invoiced, and they now owe us more than $75,000.

We have made multiple attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, including requesting a meeting to review the work orders and invoices, but we have received no response.

We believe it is important for other subcontractors to be aware of this before agreeing to perform work for this company.

Best cleaning service around.

I've used several cleaning companies for my business. Unfortunately the quality and reliability has always been so poor I had to switch to having staff cleaning. That changed when I had to use Omni Pro when we were short on crew. That group is now our permanent cleaning source as long as they keep up the excellent quality. Super responsiveness and real people that truly seem to care about the end result. Hopefully they continue to provide great service, if not, I will update the review.

Daylon was able to breathe life back into my old carpets and I could not be more thrilled!!! He is a pleasure to work with! Professional, kind, and great communication/responsiveness. I have used Colorado Home and Office Cleaning twice now, both for move outs in apartments. Daylon is nothing but professional and does an exceptional job in an efficient timeframe. He is very responsive and always makes sure to check in on what you might want to focus on that day. He even helped me take a bunch of trash to my dumpster, which he certainly didn’t need to do, but was so appreciated. I will be returning as a customer any time I need an apartment cleaning!
