Josh and his team are very responsive and got the job done right, and sooner than expected. From design through installation they were great to work with. I’m very happy with my patio and they helped me make the most of the space and get the design approved very quickly with the HOA.

Josh (owner) was extremely prompt, thorough, and gave a super personalized experience from start to finish. There wasn't any time I felt like he was pressuring or trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. We have a two year plan, they completed the first phase and will be back to finish the landscape/hardscape in the spring.
In addition to that the team that he has working for him does an outstanding job. They really work their butt off to get the job done in a timely manner. They pay attention to detail, follow Josh's coaching, along with being mindful of the mess they make and cleaning up after themselves.

We were fortunate enough to work with Josh Brooks from Cobblestone Design Build. Josh was very attentive to our vision and needs during the design process. The build out was quick, painless, and exactly what we wanted. They even threw in lights in our steps for free. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We hired Cobblestone to level our backyard in Westminster, install sod, and design and install a backyard patio. There was an old, torn-up patio already there that they had to remove first. They did excellent work. Josh was extremely responsive, came out to do a site visit, and then had us come down to their studio/shop to pick our tiles and discuss design. His team was hardworking and finished ahead of schedule. After they installed the patio, our backyard had some issues re-settling (because of past work we had done), and it changed the sloping of the patio. Rather than give us any grief about it or tell us "too bad," Josh and his team came back out, tore up the patio that wasn't leveled correctly, and re-installed it. No extra charge, even though it added hours of labor to the project. They were committed to getting it right. It was clear all of them take pride in their work, and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. You're in good hands with these guys!

Cobblestone just did a complete backyard remodel for us as well as some work adding pavers next to our driveway and building a stone planter box in front of the house and we could not be happier with their work. The crew was efficient, professional, and highly skilled. Before, we could barely stand to go in our backyard and now we want to be out there all the time. Plus, our house definitely has more curb appeal. I would recommend Cobblestone to anyone wanting a gorgeous outdoor space!

First review: I can't say enough good things about Cobblestone. In these days when most organizations have a complete lack of customer service, they still provide a high level of old fashioned service and responsiveness. Their employees were professional and always timely. They communicated the status of our project very well. I have no reservations about providing my highest recommendation.

Follow up Review: Unfortunately, I am having to revise my review. While the process was great at the time, we had a number of problems with the landscaping (mostly dead plants) and the company has completely ignored us and won't fix the issues. Also, please don't let them use the plastic weed barrier. It is awful stuff. Water doesn't drain through it and it chokes out the plants. I believe that is the cause of at least some of our plant issues. Also it created a drainage issue that we just recently discovered when we had some heavy rains.

3rd Review: After the 2nd review they contacted me and discussed working with us on the issues we have encountered. They are waiting until spring to try to get the best quality plants to ensure that they survive this time. I appreciate the follow up.

We had a great experience with Cobblestone. They provided a full 3D landscape design with an itemized budget. They installed a full irrigation system and six trees. The team was very helpful, explained everything they did, and were able to complete the entire project quickly. Josh helped us decide on the trees and answered every question we had. The team did amazing work and have been very good about responding quickly to questions and additional requests. We will be using Cobblestone for future work and I would absolutely recommend them.

Josh and Andrew were both fabulous to work with. Prior to them doing my backyard, I had a horrible experience with a prior company. Cobblestone workers came in and made magic and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. They put in a Retaining Wall, Steps, Rocks and Sod. This company will always hold a special place in my heart. My wife and i interviewed five different landscaping firms to conduct a major repair of our existing patio/retaining wall. The original job was done eight years before and was done poorly. Cobblestone's rep, Josh, came over, identified what needed to be done and provided us with very detailed bid for the repair. This was the most thorough and detailed bid of the five submitted. It was also the most realistic. Cobblestone did the job "right" and we now have a beautiful and well-built patio that will probably last for as long as our house stands. Josh and the Cobblestone team, and they are a team, were very responsive to our needs and Cobblestone strives to do the job professionally and do it "right". We highly recommend them.

Josh and his team were excellent. We were undecided on how we were going to redo our backyard, which is long and narrow and has a retaining wall. Josh came in and drew up a beautiful design. His team did an excellent job making his vision a reality. A few years later we added another door to the outside and needed a step added quickly for a family gathering. Josh's team was busy with other jobs, however, they made the time to come over (in the rain) and knock out the step before our party. We would (and have) recommended Cobblestone to friends and neighbors.

I had a main sewer line replacement tear right through my stone patio (with a circular design). I was able to save the paver stones so I hired Cobblestone Design Build to level the area and reinstall the pavers. They were able to complete the job in one day, and they actually made it look better than before. They also showed up on time or early for every appointment (estimate, run-through, and installation day), which was much appreciated. I highly recommend using this company! Thanks again!
