I was just cut off on I-25 by one of their employees with a trailer in the back. The trailer did not have blinkers connected to it.

I don’t usually even bother but I googled since I saw the company name and looked like their employee was involved in something else dropping stuff on the freeway. Sounds like just reckless driving all around.

Indian Summer does not seem to care about quality. Every time they mow the grounds of the property that I live at they damage the sod. As a homeowner, I fix the damages only to have more damages the following week.

We have been with them an Year and it has been the worst experience our community has ever had.

We have weeds all over our property and they still haven’t sprayed. It June 4th now and way past the point of our first weed treatment. They billed us for it and we have to pay. 🤦🏻‍♂️

One of their employees did not secure their load at all. Due to such irresponsibility yard debris and large wood slivers flew into the road. This caused an extremely dangerous situation for other drivers on I-70, this could have caused seriously injury or death. Not only to mention the possibility of damage to other cars.

I recently had the pleasure to work with chris over at Indian summer landscaping. He was easy to contact. Did the job on time to help me out and it turned out amazing. The prep work was great!!! I recommend working with Chris over there.

Indian Summer Landscaping takes care of our 60+ unit HOA property. They are reliable and well priced. Their team is always happy to meet our Board of Directors on site, and offer helpful landscaping advice and suggestions.

Indian Summer just finished a landscaping project for our HOA. It looks wonderful. They listened to our needs and incorporated a variety of design elements to provide a beautiful update to a street-facing section of landscaping that was in dire need of improvement. Thank you!

A crew from Indian Summer was sent to my home by my HOA this past week. It was pretty labor intensive job and the work was completed quickly and professionally. All of my plants were put back in place and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. Thank you!

Our condo community has been neglected for years by Indian Summer. The lawns are in terrible shape, with denuded areas. The dead bushes are not removed. Sapling trees are growing through the bushes. Clean up for fall leaves consists of blowing them into the bushes. Shrubs are not pruned or trimmed at the proper time and are allowed to grow out of control, even blocking sidewalks. Tree branches block sidewalks hanging down 4 feet from the sidewalk. Poorest lawn care ever!

These guys need to learn how to drive. One company truck was pulling a second company truck with a very long rope across busy traffic on West Mineral. Luckily we were able to stop in time before smashing into the second company truck. Can you see the rope pulling the second company truck? Who runs this company? Look at these reviews! This is ridiculous.

They have killed $200 worth of plants in the garden, stomped the tulips and sprayed all the groundcover with herbicide- they also ru over garden with the weed wackers, destroying the community flower beds and rose bushes. I wish our HOA would stop using them- they are a horrible scam, and should be investigated for all of the landscaping and water damage they cause.

This is absolutely one of the worst landscaping companies in the metro area. The do a very poor job while still charging an arm and a leg. Over the winter the claimed to be storing a part for our sprinkler system. But then refused to give it back when we changed companies. They wont return our calls or even pick up the phone during business hours. No HOA board memeber or our management company can get ahold of them either. Do not ever use this company. We will be filing complaints with the BBB and the colorado attorney general.

I am on the Board of DIrectors at my HOA, and this, by far, the worst company our HOA has ever had taking care of our lawns. Take a look at this actual photo of my 'professionally manicured' lawn! It is a JOKE! Then when you call them, they blame everything under the sun (the rain, the snow, the bees) but the real reason that our lawns look so bad? That's because they never show up to do anything, nor do they actually even care one bit about landscaping. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I am not sure this company would be in business if it were not for their parent company Community Management Specialist pawning them off as a "package" deal. Our property had them for 2 years and they have ruined our property in no time flat. They can't mow, trim bushes or plow snow without doing some kind of damage. They over charge for terrible work and will not accept any responsibility for any of the damage they cause. They hands down made more money off of our community because of their family ties with Community Management Specialist. If your HOA has CMS as a property management company and Indian Summers as your landscapers you need to beware of these two companies as they will milk your HOA's for as much money as they can.

I attached photos of what we call the "spillway" that evolved several time before it became it's final abomination that you see in one of the photo's. I am not sure how much they charged us before the final construction of the "spillway" but I can tell you the "spillway" cost the community $6000 which does not include the cement work to the tune of $3000. The entire project has cost the community between $20,000 to $30,000 and it still is not correct as this now causes flooding down below it that will affect that building sooner then later. Funny thing is that they didn't do what they said they would as there invoice says they would BRING IN 2 tons of dirt. Liars.

Now 2 years later our building is visually sinking causing perminant damage to the building that no one wants to take responsability for.

Extremely rude unprofessional employees. They destroyed my lawn and several sprinkler heads. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
