This company apparently does not need new customers. I placed a phone call on Tuesday and was assured by the receptionist that I would get a call back in about an hour. I never heard from them. I called again on Wednesday to let them know that no one had returned my call. I was assured that they would take immediate action to make sure that someone would return my call promptly. I never heard from them. I vt is now Thursday afternoon and I have still not heard from them. If you don’t want or can’t schedule my request for services, you can at least return my call and tell me. Very unprofessional.

I had an extremely overgrown yard.
Others quoted me in the hundreds, due to the amount of overgrown as well as the small gated entrance to the yard. Phil's helped me out by doing it much cheaper. He arrived when he said he would, completed the work, and even organized the chairs and grill and such around the yard. I will be definitely using this service more regularly. 10 outta 10.

We had gone with this group last fall. They did a good job however they were scheduled to come out on Thursday am and didn't come over until the next day then 3 days to do the work..I had to call to find out 3 times.They were not reliable. When they got there they did do a good job. So when I needed more work done I called 3 weeks to schedule an appt. I call Thursday to verify the appt. I wanted to double check what time they were coming.I had 8 AM apointment. I get a call at 745 I get called saying they would be late at 10 am I had a Dr appt at. 1. At 1105 they called and said they would be coming over at 1155 I told them the importance of me leaving for the Dr. .At 1220 I had to leave .So my 3 week in advance appointment was not honored. Apparently Yard services don't have to be professional or reliable. if you can get them at your home good luck.

Had someone come out to do an estimate, was told they would get back to us the next day with the quote. Never received an estimate as promised and when I sent a follow up email I was not responded to either.

I'm a disabled mother with no ability to do yardwork, and my back yard was severely overgrown with weeds. Shamefully overgrown, it was bad... Two gentlemen from Phil's came and took care of my serious problem the same day they did the estimate, without any judgement, took half the predicted time to do it and it cost me half of what was estimated. It felt like a miracle to be able to see my back yard again, and being able to watch my child and dog enjoy their space means the world to me. I cannot recommend Phil's Yard Clean-Up enough, and will absolutely call them again to help me maintain my outdoor space.

Called for yard cleanup, Phil said he would be there next day to check & give a quote. Waited 4 days then texted, stated he was sorry he just lost an employee yesterday., however make note that it was 4 days & I had to contact him. Whatever happened to texting & letting people know. He just didn't want to deal with my yard. I'm an essential worker & 65 & really needed the help.

Phil’s team did an amazing job on two yard projects for us. They were very professional and reasonably priced.

Extremely pleased with Phil’s yard clean up! Phil mowed my lawns, trimmed my bushes, and cleaned the gutters in a very timely manner and for a great price. Phil even offered to haul away some junk for me. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

Unreliable.
I initially posted this review because I hired this company to mow for the summer. They came one time and then missed two weeks due to forgetting one week and a broken windshield one week. Then, they let me know that they couldn’t continue because they don’t have any other work in my area. After I posted a review, I received the following text from the owner:
“I think it's funny how you don't give us a good review when we take care of your horrible trashy yard but then we can't make it out there because of a windshield getting broken and because it takes more than an hour plus $30 just a drive to your house and you give us a bad review.... we lose money trying to mow your yard... sorry we had to drop you as a customer but we informed you.. sorry if you cant get anyone else but I know that's a lie... cause its halfway through the year and we still get NEW customers... not to mention we are a 2 man business were not a huge company... take better care of your yard and maybe you would be able find someone easier. Grow up with your childish attitude and bad review..”
My yard does look like trash right now but it’s definitely because I hired this unreliable company to mow it. And now got this text in response to updating my review.
“I'll make sure to post how horrible your yard looked before and how much better it looked after.. I have before and after pictures.... you'll look ridiculous online congratulations.”

Great service!! We just moved into a new house that needed some major yard work done. He did so with no problems. Looks great and removed and fixed everything we needed done. Will for sure be using his services from now on. Did I mention he did all this for a fair price!! Highly suggest using his services!!! 😁👍
