**UPDATE**
This review was written BEFORE Quality 1st Service Group became Allen Service. I have had a ONE-STAR experience with Allen Service - proceed with caution people!I highly recommend Stephan with Quality 1st Service Group! I received multiple bids for a large sewer line replacement project and Stephan got the job because of competitive pricing and the best customer service. Quality 1st went above and beyond!

I have been using Quality First Plumbing for over 10 years, and I've always been very satisfied with their work. Gavin helped us out today, and was great. He was able to come out within an hour of our calling. He fixed our issue quickly and gave us great advice for another issue as well.

Cole was amazing he triple checked everything also promoted all the other services you provide. He got me up and running same day. He went out of his way to clean up his mess after installation it looked better than it did before he got there. He wore the booties over his boots and was very personable. As for the appointment people on the phone I called late after 5 pm and got a real person not a recording pushing me to a book online thank God. 6 star review and Cole gets a 7 star review for getting me all the equipment and program ability I needed and not necessarily trying to up sell me. Just great professional service. Thank you
