I initiated a request for a bid on their website and within three minutes I was on the phone with them and had scheduled a same day appointment! Nobody in my experience does that anymore. It was a great surprise! Robert even showed up early for the appointment and did a phenomenal job. If you don’t call these guys for your next rooter needs, you are making a huge mistake!!

Joshua H. was very professional yet friendly. Thank you for the great conversation and advise for the drain smells. He was very respectful of my house and requests that I asked from the receptionist over the phone. I will definitely continue to use them for all my drain needs and will always as for Joshua H. if he is available. All aspects of this company were great, from the initial phone call to the sewer cleaning and scope.

I’m writing this review to share what an amazing experience we had with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! We had a clogged drain at my hotel, and from the very first call, the service was exceptional. The team followed up, kept us updated, and made everything super easy and stress-free.When Rory arrived, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a fantastic job fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. You can tell these guys really care about what they do, and their prices are very fair too!
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch service! 👏🚿
