A non-profit I help run sadly had a vehicle fire in the parking lot. We had a big event we were planning just days after the fire and needed the lot cleaned up quickly. Platinum pressure washing helped with a unique case involving shotgun fungus on a two-story house with vinyl siding. They were knowledgeable about the tools and methodology to clean up this condition. Overall, they did a great job and are recommended!

I put in a request for a quote, waited until I got a phone call where they asked to text them the information I had already provided them on the website and for photos. I sent them the information and photos of the site I needed service for. They said they would get back to me today since they were doing quotes actively.

I waited days to a week and then messaged them again and they requested the same information and pictures, like I had never done that before. I sent them the information and pictures of the site again. No response was given and no quote for the job was given.

I later asked if there was a problem with my request for a quote.

No response to my inquiry was ever given.

I couldn’t even get a response from several other companies, but Platinum came out shortly after my initial call (the day of) to clean our smoke shack at Rolling Smoke BBQ. Mark did a fantastic job, paying great attention to detail. We will definitely be using them next time!!!

Very professional, showed up on time. Very courteous, had regular convo and discussed the work, how he was going to go about it. Asked if there were any special things to be aware of, he had the wife do her inspection before he left property making sure we were all satisfied.
