Our family just recently experienced the death of our brother who lived in Denver. The rest of our family lives out of state. The house and garage were extremely cluttered. Without any source but the internet I began researching companies that could help us. Super Junkers reviews got my attention. I called Levi on a Friday afternoon explaining the situation and said that two of our family members would be in Denver on Monday to retrieve needed papers. Levi set up an appointment for Monday to give us a quote and arrived on time. We agreed with the price and Levi and crew were there the next day right on time. We couldn’t have had a better experience with a very difficult situation. Working with Levi mostly over the phone his crew removed everything including carpeting. To further help us he was able to arrange for the complete cleaning of the house.
Before retiring I was the head carpenter of a large cultural institution. I dealt with many contractors from all of the various trades for many years. Levi is one of the best I ever worked with His attention to detail and dedication to the customer is outstanding. I highly recommend Super Junkers to anyone in that situation.

I called and within a day they came over to highlands ranch, we discussed the price I was given was fair annd everything was clear.
everything was gone within the hour and they left the place clean and even run a sweep to make sure it was cleaner then how it was before.

Phenomenal! We had a lot of miscellaneous items from decades and decades of habitation, I felt hopeless that it could be removed. I did spend a lot of time with friends sorting out the essentials beforehand. They moved all the items out with shocking efficiency! Including two sleeper sofas… My Father died this past summer, and it was mostly his belongings (kind of emotional) … these guys made the process a lot easier. Levi, Ben and team did a great job cleaning up a lot of miscellaneous yard materials we had. In addition they cleared out and removed two garden beds. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again.

My wife and I had a great experience with SDB, specifically with Mike McCarty and Trevor. This is such an intimidating and cumbersome experience but Mike was incredibly patient and thorough and made the entire engagement enjoyable.

I had a consultation with Sustainable Design Build regarding a basement project, and even though the project ended up being too small for the type of work they typically take on, Mike McCarty still spent a tremendous amount of time helping me.

He patiently answered my questions, shared his knowledge, and provided multiple referrals for mold remediation, testing, and construction professionals who could better fit my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed. In fact, he went above and beyond to help me move forward with my project even though there was no benefit to his company.

That level of honesty, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help is rare. It was clear that Mike truly cared about helping me find the right path rather than simply trying to sell me something.

I am incredibly grateful for the time, guidance, and referrals he provided. If my project ever grows into something that fits SDB's scope, they will absolutely be the first company I call.

It's great to see a builder that pays such close attention to detail and who really cares about their projects. I have dealt with many builders in the past that are just worried about completing a job even if that means cutting corners. You will not get that with Sustainable Design Build! I cannot recommend this company enough.

We used SDB to do a large remodel. We tore down some walls and gutted a couple rooms. They were very professional did great work to transform our house.
