I made the trip. Absolutely loved it. Killer prices on plants. I love that they don’t have an overload of brand selections for soil. They sell exclusively Pro-Mix I think. I have major respect for making sure they only sell soil that they would use. And from what they told me, that’s what they use for every plant in there.

I’m honestly pumped to go back.

I’ll edit this later, because I haven’t been there yet. I didnt know it was there, and just passed drove by it today.

I was checking reviews and info on it to see if they’d have anything I need. Had to leave a 5 star review just cuz I love a good local business that isn’t scared to tell people to go kick rocks if they cry about their experience and leave a 1 star review (unless its truly justified, but seems more like overreactions and groundless claims to me)

Keep doin you @Elliot Gardens. I don’t “need” anything at the moment, but I’m making a special trip hopefully later today or this weekend just to go check it out and see what kinda goodies they got. I’ll update this with more useful info later, but for now, I hope the staff never loses the mind frame of “play dumb games, win dumb prizes” 🫡

I love this place so many cool things and good sales and discounts

I was greeted by a pack of super friendly pups and it made my day! But I had to wave someone out of the office for assistance. When the sweet woman came out she was very helpful and nice. But I wanted to bring a friend here and I pulled in only to realize they aren't open and on the weekend? Super disappointed. I work so getting here before 5pm is going to be difficult during the week.

Love their plants. Go once a year and pick out specific ones to take home to another state.

Always love coming here. Reasonable prices for veggie starters and good selection of annuals and house plants. Wish they were still close by on Evans but still worth the drive.

Great prices on excellent starters and seeds. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and don't try to push anything and all of the veggies and succulents we have purchased here have thrived and produced like crazy! The tomatoes have been especially excellent.

I've been here a couple of times and have been very happy with their selection, prices, and quality of products. I do not get my soil here but everything else.... stakes, outdoor plants, pots and planters, and trellises... for sure. It's probably my favorite gardening center in Denver.

Smaller garden center, great prices and beautiful plants

Elliot Gardens has an excellent selection of healthy plants both for your garden and for indoors. They are my favorite place to get my produce plants for my garden beds. The one drawback is they are too popular for their small parking lot, so try to go on a weekday to avoid the weekend rush!

Love the service at this place. I discovered this place when I decided to plant a pandemic garden last year. I just went back this year to get more plants 🙌. They are always ready to answer questions, give advise and suggestions. Prices are very reasonable and it makes me feel good to be supporting a local buainess. Today I got 2 fruit trees, 2 rose bushes and 2 geraniums. Everything off season. However, the store was well stoked! 👌

Love to support local greenhouses! This place has it all! Great selections of healthy plants with prices comparable to the big box stores. Plants are much better quality.

I wanted to get some seeds and thought to look up a nursery. I found that Elliott Gardens is just down the road from me. I went and walked into paradise. The selection is amazing! Great prices! Very helpful lady at the registered guided me along with my purchases. I'm new to the gardening game.

Amazing as always! Quality perennial plants that will actually come back! Their prices are much better than box stores and even if some saw the same prices, the quality is so much better! That now have a section of houseplants too! Family owned. Small business.. stands the test of time.

I love the selection of vegetables and flowers! The price is reasonable. Very friendly and helpful owners. I love that they let their dogs roam around to greet customers, but don't bring your dog with you; there is a sign that says no dog allowed

Making an effort to shop locally, and I was delighted to find the pots, soil, and even a few veggie and herb starts that I hadn't seen elsewhere this year (incl. at Tagawa, Echter's, and O'Toole's)

We were in Arvada for a baptism. A bit pricey, but they had 4” pots at $7.00 Gerberas. The plants looked healthy and a good selection.

Great plants at great prices. We got a nice flower arrangement to put in one of our pots for the front steps.

My mom and I love elliots! They are right up the street from us and we couldn't be happier. The owners are so sweet & knowledgeable. I love how they live right on the same property they grow everything on..they always have a great variety of flowers, succulents, cactus and fruits/veggies! Everything I have gotten from here has done really well in my garden. Thanks Elliot's for being such a sweet and affordable place to shop for plants.. highly recommend!

Support local! Great selection, great prices, knowledgeable and kind staff

I went here looking for a vine to attract hummingbirds..the man said trumpet vines and all he told me was they can be invasive and nothing else. I went home and looked up care for the plant only to find out they can be toxic to dogs and can be to humans or can cause rashes. I have 5 dogs so i went back less than 48 hrs later and asked if he would exchange or return them. The plants were in pot with their sticker, i had not planted them. His response was.."no because i dont know where the plants been or what was done to them and all are toxic". Not nicely, either. ​this was the same guy who talked to me less than 48 hours before, and he didn't remember me. So because of his attitude and not being helpful at all and having a business that should help the customer and not be a jerk, im leaving this review. The plants i bought were left in front of their building on the ground. I dont recommend this place what so ever. I would think that if they are going to recommend a plant like that, knowing the person doesn't know anything about the plant and is asking for help , he might tell customer a little about what he is recommending. I'm pretty sure this guy was manager or in management. If i could give a -10 review, i would, just on how the guy handled on this issue. I spent $45 on 2 plants i couldn't use or exchange. I didn't ask for refund first i asked to exchange for a different plant.. so to let other's know, trumpet vines can be toxic to dogs and cats! Nice try.....they came back just like i bought them and YOU know it... funny how all of a sudden you can remember me now that i left a review on you but you didnt rememeber me talking to you about these plants about 36 hours before...this is how you acted to me when i nicely asked for an exchange and I hope people see how this for what it is. Im sure there are nice people there your just not one of them.
