Alwaysa challenge to buy at HD! Very disorganized! Bough a Badger sinkeratos that comes with NO CABLE? Had to go back and buy one...no sign warning you to buy it separately!

Wow just watched a guy load a 100. Sheets apply wood into the back of his 2500 and home depot helped him load it

Wow total BS. Purchased shrubs less then a year ago, i call for help and tell the Home and Garden associate this and they tell me they can't help. The shrubs did not make it through the winter and home depot wont cover them.
POS! Better to go to lowes or a local garden center.

I have been here now 50 minutes waiting on someone to help me get a traeger grill. Contacted 3 employees all brushing me off saying a manager was helping me. Let's just get this straight I requested to speak to a manager and it never happened. I when the service desk pages the manager they received attitude from the manager and was told to find the correct garden accociate to help out. This store needs new management as I'm prepared to walk out of here and never spend money again at homedepot with my construction company as well.

I went to the Home depot in Denver CO (address 3870 Quebec StDenver, CO) and got the worst customer service ever. After being laughed at by Kevin, who works in the Gardening Department, because of a product that was online only and not an in store product, I got told by the service desk that the Manager Herb would not be in until tomorrow (which was a lie as I ran into Herb after finishing finding the other products I wanted) I was told by four different employees where to find a product one employee I even said will you please show me and the employee just kept telling me where to go. I am just dumbstruck as to the lack of customer service in this store I have never been treated in such a way.

I think I've reviewed this Home Depot before, but I'd like to reiterate how awful it is. Every employee here was hired and told to "stand here." Zero training whatsoever, complete apathy, and usually on their phones doing nothing. Even "Pro Services" is absolutely useless. The store is also filthy, with random stock overcrowding every aisle.

Home Depot associates are usually extremely helpful and knowledgeable, that is not the case with this location, they are TERRIBLE with customer service. Like many others who gave poor reviews, we waited several minutes at the customer service desk without being helped or even acknowledged by the two associates behind the desk. Then had to wander around trying to find something to help us in the garden section. Finally found someone who was useless and had to pass us off to another person. Then the clerks at checkout were rude and were going to have us go fetch the sku off of a product they rang up wrong. Tried to call in later when there was a problem with our product (go figure) and were redirected to different departments before finally being hung up on. I will not be providing any business to this location.

Wow. Don’t bother coming here. I just needed a piece of plywood. The wood aisles were all closed because “ they were putting a pallet on the shelf” . There were two employees standing at the plywood aisle, and another employee driving a forklift on the other aisle.the forklift driver could not put the pallet on the shelf. I watched 6 tries, then gave up. No joke, the driver would approach the shelf, then a board would fall off on the shelf, then the pallet would not sit correctly. Would the two employees at the gate of the next aisle help ?Oh hell no. So two people blocked a not impaired aisle and a totally incompetent employee drove back and forth. I hope Lowes sells plywood

Serviceman was nice and friendly. Did a good job. Explained everything to us. Price was right.

I had a very bad experience with the carpet cleaning man. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

My husband works here, he does a lot of fire damage clean up, flood clean up. They build houses, all kinds of stuff.

A few months ago I had a couch and loveseat cleaned and they did a great job! Will use them again!!

Two workers came at the appointed time and thoroughly cleaned my loveseat. It only costed fifty dollars and was worth the cost. Very satisfied.

They installed a new roof for me in 2014. And now it leaks after 5 years due to poor workmanship on the itstalation of all the vents, and leaving exposed nails on all vents and Ridge cap. I would not recommend any construction done by this company. Unless you want to pay to have it repaired yourself.

Last September, we had Sure Clean remodel our kitchen and bathroom. They did an unbelievable job! And we were only out of our kitchen and bathroom for a few short weeks! Thank you! Great Work!

Had a new roof and gutters installed on my house. They did amazing and was very clean and fast.
