I hired Huxley HVAC Repair for a service on my furnace. Their technician came out the same day i called. They were very professional but friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and explained to me what they did.Their work was very outstanding.I will highly recommend them.

I explicitly asked how much an A/C diagnostic costs, and I was told $49. When the technician went to charge my card he said it was $49 for a trip charge plus a $170 per hour fee. So over $200 for an A/C diagnostic. I told him that was not acceptable because the hourly fee was not communicated to me by the scheduler. He got angry and said that he and his company deserve to be paid, challenged me to say that he doesn't deserve to be paid for his time, and that hourly charges are normal. Which is not true because all of the other HVAC companies I contacted only had a single diagnostics fee.

Absolutely unacceptable business practice. I have had DOZENS of contractors come to my house to quote everything from drywall to HVAC to insulation. They have always been upfront about costs and never surprised me with uncommunicated costs.

I did not receive a diagnostic report with any explanation of the issues or options for fixing the problem. The only follow up information I received was a quote for a system replacement for $11,000. And quotes for system replacements should be free, which just makes the service feel even more scammy. I called the company to communicate my displeasure about the non-communicated fee and to say that I was expecting a diagnostic report, but I never had any follow up communication back since then.

Just had an excellent experience with Huxley HVAC Repair. Right from the start when they came to give us our quote until the very end after clean up. They were all very courteous and helpful with any questions or concerns. They started the job as scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. Would have them back for any work in the future.

The technician was punctual and professional. The repair was completed successfully.

Keep looking. You can do better than these guys.

I purchased a new AC unit from Huxley last June, 2023. It worked fine last summer, but when I needed it last week (June, 2024) it failed to produce cold air.

No problem, right?? The unit is still under Parts & Labor warranty.

Huxley has made three service appointments with me this week and failed to show up (or call) all three times. Now they don't answer my calls.

They keep me stuck in my stifling home waiting for their service tech per these appointments. Its over 90 degrees every day since the unit failed to work.

As I said, keep looking. Save yourself the aggravation of working with Huxley.

It was a relief to finally have a cool breeze in our home after the installation. The technician arrived promptly, a little before the scheduled time, and got to work immediately. He explained every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience. By the end of the afternoon, the new AC was up and running perfectly. The professionalism and efficiency exceeded my expectations, making this experience truly satisfying.

Finding a company that truly understands ventilated ceilings was a relief. They arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected, ready to work. The installation went smoothly, and the results have significantly improved our indoor comfort.

NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! We had 2 technetium’s come out yesterday. One to diagnose why out furnace would not stay running and one for an estimate on a new furnace. We were told our furnace was working fine (and charged almost $300 with the BSP Family Plan). One of the techs left the gas off and we woke up to a 61 degree house this morning. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! We had an issue earlier this year with our swamp cooler and the tech not tightening the bolts on the pulley after replacing the belt. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!!

9-23-25 Kris did a great job as usual. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and made good recommendations for items that needed to be repaired and replaced, which he did.

Patrick did a great job explaining the necessary maintenance on our Breezair evaporative cooler. He thoroughly inspected the unit, and everything was in good shape.

Tanner was very helpful and thorough. We appreciated having him come out to help figure out what was going on with a bad water leak.

I’m so glad I found Blue Sky. I have an older home that needs a lot of TLC. Vince was great and got the furnace all tuned up and ready for winter and answered all of my other random HVAC questions.

The service was really great, but was given a much lower dollar amount for furnace maintenance when I reserved appointment. The Tech showed his Mgr the quote and they made good on it.

Steven has been starting up our evaporative cooler in the spring and winterizing it in the fall since 2023. He is very professional and does great work! We would highly recommend Steven and Blue Sky!

Jaden was good to work with - not only was he friendly and easy to have in the house, but he also explained everything clearly, and educated us about why he was making certain adjustments.
It was definitely a positive experience.

Blue sky came to help us out with several issues we were having with old water lines and sewer pipes. Josh and Chris did an awesome job. The work they did was top notch and they really went above and beyond to work around some tough framing restrictions. Everyone at blue sky was super nice and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. Very happy with our service!

Aaron's knowledge and understanding of our electrical needs were tremendous. His estimate was very fair.
