Called this company and was really impressed with how they handled the phone call. They answered right away, were friendly and professional, and actually took the time to listen and answer my questions. Alina communicated well and guided me to the next steps in filing a claim.

My apartment complex hired this company to repair our roofs and gutters. Unfortunately, there are screws and nails scattered all over the property. They don't clean up properly, and I've had two tires damaged—one by a screw and the other by a nail. When I tried to speak with one of the workers, he just laughed and walked away.

I reported the issue to my apartment complex, and they said the company would clean it up. Despite this, I had another tire damaged. The management assured me the company would reimburse me for the one tire that couldn't be repaired, but I needed to contact them directly. I've made several attempts and sent emails, but I've received no response.

If you value your tires and don't want them damaged, I absolutely do not recommend this company. Their carelessness forced me to buy a new tire for $162, and they haven't even bothered to contact me.

Update: the owner did rectify the situation and gave me a check to cover the cost of my tires that were damaged. He was a very good guy and I appreciated the gesture. I am hoping that in the future they do make more apart to clean up the street so it doesn’t impact anyone further as it is an expensive process to have to buy new tires..

A refrigerator water line leak from a poor installation ended up dripping into my neighbor’s unit, and it turned into an emergency fast. We called Roy from Savvy Multifamily, and I’m so glad we did. These guys are true professionals in emergency situations. They extracted all the water from both units, removed baseboards, some drywall, the carpet pad, and even a bit of laminate — all with zero mess. The demolition and installation process was shockingly clean and smooth, with no dust left anywhere in our home.
They had everything dried within two days and fully finished the install in ten. What impressed me most was how organized and smart the team leadership was. They even managed to find the exact matching flooring for both units, which felt like a miracle.
