We have hired Cleaning Management (Rosa and her team) to handle all the cleaning and maintenance of our 4 summit county ski in/ski-out condos. The have done an amazing job and the transition has been very smooth. The software notification system that is linked with the calendars of the booking companies is simple and efficient. Rosa is quick to respond. I highly recommend Cleaning Managment.

I recently hired Cleaning Management to deep clean our Condo in Silverthorne CO after the tenants left it in an awful state. They did an amazing job.
From the moment we contacted them, their customer service was top notch. They were responsive and provided detailed estimate of the work required.
The attention to detail was impressive, they tackled every corner of the condo, they missed a few spots, but came back the next day to take care of that without extra charge.
They managed to remove stains I thought were permanent and made everything look great.
I am highly recommend Cleaning Management to anyone in need of deep cleaning services. Their hard work has truly transformed our property. We also had the clean our carpet and it looked great.

Jake and his crew is fantastic. Very good communication follow through on what he says that he’s gonna do. Jake the owner is here for the full-time unlike some other businesses. Very good prices and does a fantastic job. We will have him come back and do some more remodeling again. The timeframe that he told us that he will be complete by in three weeks he was done in three weeks.

If you use a developer and they win the bid, offer to pay for a different company even if it’s substantially more. Believe me, you’ll end up paying it anyway…. We have a 3 acre property that was almost entirely not landscaped, just reclaimed tailings piles leveled out. HSH, in a short two months, have transformed the property into an area that fits in well with the natural surrounding national forest landscape. Trees, bushes, flagstone pathways, cobble, boulders, sod, irrigation, asphalt removal, native grass and wildflowers. They've done it all. They've worked tirelessly, 7 days a week, early AM through dusk when a section needed finishing. Abraham stayed in touch the whole time attending to details when questions came up and also adjusting the plan when we wanted to make changes. His on-site workers were wonderful to converse with and also bounce ideas off. Costs were presented up front and they came in right on budget and ahead of schedule. Couldn't have had a better a experience for what was a very disruptive job. I give them my highest recommendation!

Was very please with the promptness, professionalism and quality of service we received. We had our front lawn landscaped after damage from water pipe leak. Abraham, the owner was prompt, responded quickly to getting us a proposal and followed through within the time frame given for completion. We've received several compliments on our lawn due to their professionalism. Employees were friendly and kept the working area very clean and neat. Highly recommend this company.

I contracting with Abraham at Home sweet home landscaping for a new construction project in summit Cove. Their team exceeded my expectations! They delivered the project on time and with great professionalism. The project included trees, shrubs, rock work, hydro seed and irrigation. I was so pleased with the service that I also contracted them for snow removal services as well in which they did a great job through the 19-20 winter season.

Apparently I can't respond to an owner's comment. But I can't let this go without clarification. First, you were not hired for "phase 2" of our landscaping. The initial job done post-build was so poor, we had to bring you back to make it look decent. We were getting comments like "we love your house, why didn't you do any landscaping?"

Second, it did look good initially. No argument there. But we have subsequently seen that the irrigation system wasn't installed remotely correctly (not buried deep enough, holes have developed in the system, system was not blown out correctly). You claimed that you would come to fix the existing hole and that's been followed by no action. You said you don't want to blow out the system, which we paid for, and we're still waiting for that refund check....

Third, you also told us that you hydro-seeded the yard. We've subsequently had another company come and say that, unequivocally, that is not true.

Fourth, you installed weed fabric under the rocks that hasn't even prevented weeds or grass from growing through for a year. Not even a year.

Finally, we were never asking you to replace any trees that were eaten by moose for free. We simply wanted to replace them and we were happy to pay for the work. This was subsequently done in expedited fashion by another company.

You have not come to fix anything that is wrong. Quite frankly, that is fine. We'll get it done with another company. But since you claim that you are "responsible, professional and reliable" I had to respond to your post.

I'm now done with this. All I will say is buyer beware.

Let me start by saying, I highly recommend Home Sweet Home Landscaping of Summit County. I always base my assessment of an organization on it's leadership first, and Abraham is of the highest caliber. He and his team are very capable, conscientious, responsive and do what they say they are going to do. They do great work. As this is a second home for us, it's critical that we trust our partners when we are not there. Abraham has earned that trust, implicitly. I cannot say enough good things about this organization. Five stars!

I had Abraham and his crew landscape a new custom home that I'd just completed in Summit county. Abraham had some helpful ideas in addition to the landscaping plans that I'd submitted to him. HSH just finished a marvelous landscaping project for our new build home in the Hughlands neighborhood of Breckenridge. They were quick, they did what they promised, and in many cases they delivered even more than we bargained for. We were impressed with the professional approach and a commitment to doing things right without cutting corners. They were pricey but I think we got what we paid for, and let’s face it, everything is expensive in Summit County.
