As a follow up to my original a review in August of 2022. the "owner" reached out and we had a good convo after posting my review. he told me to send him the information instead of his employee stephen and so he could get me the estimate i had already waited two weeks for and provided a lot of info and time on my end to get. he told me they were busy, which I understood but promised to get back with a quote and details by months end. on 9/1 i received a voicemail saying after seeing my 1 star review on google, and seeing an email i sent stephen (mentioned previously in my review, saying if i can't get a company to respond or follow through on what they tell me they will do, I will move on, literally that was it, and he replied good we are busy anyways) that they would not be moving forward with me. So, I in all wasted a month waiting, my time preparing, all to get a very immature business owner/operator to leave a voicemail saying what he said. If I was reading this review, I would think this guy is probably kind of difficult, I wasn't. I just wanted a quote and some communication. I guess that was too much to ask for these people on a 20-25K dollar project.

Incredible work!!! Josh was prompt, professional, well communicative & did a great job. His work was so good in fact that the insurance company that tried to deny my coverage picked me back up!!! Great work sir

May be the most immature rude employee I’ve spoken with. Stephen O. I reached out about a 15-25k dollar project. He asked me to email him after I called. He said he would have some options and prices by end of week. I heard nothing back so I emailed again. Nothing back for 5 days after that. He then tells me the same exact thing as previously, I’ll have info later this week. I then tell him I’m not interested and need people that can communicate Effectively for an expensive project. He replies great, we are busy anyways. I’m not sure why this company has positive reviews. I assume Stephen was a bad apple.

Josh came over because a roof insulation guy had fried the outlets in our living room. Josh worked extra time during his evening to find the source of the problem. He got our outlets working again and grounded properly.

Not only was he on time and very cost-effective, but during our visit, he had ongoing curiosity towards understanding what's going on in our 1969 walls.

Josh and his team helped us get a whole-house generator installed. They went above and beyond, fixing issues and gaps others involved in the process created (site prep, etc). Highly recommend this company and we will certainly be using them many times for Electrical work. Beyond that, great bunch of people to get to know.

Although he sold the product I was enquiring about, he offered a suggestion, which I took, that solved my problem but did not involve purchasing the product. Highly recommended
