AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We hired Wes Romero, Transcend Landscaping, at the end of September to level our backyard, build a retaining wall, install turf, build a deck, and plant a tree and other garden plants. Wes estimated a 2 week job. The job started later than he estimated. The crew came sporadically and eventually quit coming at all. Through out the time Wes’ crew worked we had trouble contacting Wes. He would not return phone calls, text or voice messages, or emails. We were finally able to contact him in February and had a meeting to let him know we had fired him. He did not respond well and stormed off. We followed up by certified letter, 1st class letter, email, and text to notify him to come get his equipment (Bob Cat and attachments) by March 15th. He has not retrieved his equipment; we will contact the city to pickup his abandoned equipment. The new company has had to re-do several things at our expense. In addition, Wes failed to obtain a building permit for the deck and the support posts had to be dug up until an inspection was done by the city. Now we have to pay the new company to fix the mistakes and finish the job.

Sprinkler Blowout FAIL - DO NOT HIRE!
First, they showed up with a very small air compressor. Once hooked up and clearing the lines, the tech (Wes?) didn't know how to use our system and kept asking me about how to run each of the zonesHOWEVER, the WORST PART
at the end of the blowout I asked about the valve under the house near the shutoff. I said "don't you need to open/bleed that part of the line so the water is all out?"The answer, "no. since your backflow is south facing it will get enough sun not to freeze"
WELL...............
Turning on my system this spring, I found a GIANT CRACK in the BRASS BALL VALVE under the backflow unit. Not only did they leave water in the house line, but they didn't notch the backflow at 45degrees, SO WATER WAS LEFT IN THE BALL VALVE, WHICH CRACKED AND NOW NEEDS TO BE REPLACED (another $28 and my own labor will hopefully fix it)NO WAY
DO NOT
HIRE TRANSCEND
NOPE
NOPE
NOPEI can't get an email through now to try and get them to cover my expenses for their shoddy work. I can't get a call through either (voicemail is full)
If you find this review, and if by some chance you get through to Transcend (if they aren't hiding in a hole) take my word for it. DO NOT HIRE!
