That’s when I decided to consider replacing it so I called Ricardo at Elite HVAC, who happened to be nearby, He stopped on his way between appointments to try and diagnose my problem. After a while, he had to leave but promised to come back the next morning. He showed up and had a part in his hand that he thought might be the problem. Voilà! Our house was nice and toasty again! We were happy and comfortable in our home and are grateful for the fast response and expert opinion.
