Pinson Plumbing & Heating

I had two experiences with Pinson, both were unacceptable.
Pinson was referred to me by the general contractor. There were two phases to the work involved with a total bath remodel. The first phases was to move the plumbing to the desired locations for which he charged $1,460. The second phase was to install two sinks a toilet and a tub and filler and repaired a sprinkler valve and charged $1,258. He is terribly messy, swept some stuff into a hole in the floor which happened to be fall into a lowerlevel bedroom, debris was all over. I suppose if he had cleaned up the bill would have been more. With the installation of the tub and the filler, the drips from the filler did not land on the inside of the tub, they landed on the top of the tub side. I expressed my feeling that this was not the preferred placement of the filler. He immediately went into an aggressive response and said it does not matter, and that I would need to fix it myself. He was wound very tight and there was no room for any discussion. At that point I had not received the bill. He went and prepared the bill. The two of them were here for less than three hours. He had earlier told me that he was charging me for time and materials, so I asked him for a time and material bill and he said that is all I will receive. I could go on, but it was not a pleasant experience and they ae highly NOT recommended.

Frank is amazing! Quick response reasonable pricing and he does amazing work! This project looked impossible to do but Frank got it done!

Pinson Plumbing is excellent. Every time I've worked with Frank, he's been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He has always been able to get the work done within a few days of when I contact him. He and his son work together. They are on time, work hard, and clean up after themselves when they are done. His charges are reasonable and it is so nice to have found a dependable, honest, skilled plumber to work with. I highly recommend this company.
