One Stop Appliance Repair

This was for a warranty repair, they were sent out by Samsung, so I can't speak to the hiring or cost of service.
They came out SEVEN TIMES to fix/refix/and redo their own mistakes and it took a full month. I understand they need time to order parts in and then the initial problem that I reported was not the full extent so that all causes delays, I'm not judging them for that. But when the techs do not hook the hoses up properly or even turn the water back on to see if they are leaking and I have to have them come back to do that, then it takes them 2 hours (because they obviously stripped it or something) Then have to come back again, because when I do a load it is leaking all over the place because they didn't connect the bladder properly and it takes another week to order that part (they said the clamp failed, but the "broken" part was just an unassembled bolt). So they finally reassemble everything, said they ran diagnostic and it all worked fine. So I do a load, and yay, no leaks or anything. I put it in the dryer....and the dryer doesn't work (they're stacked so have to unhook dryer and rehook it up to work on the washer). You would think part of their testing when done would be to make sure the dryer works too before they leave if they had to undo it. Anyway, They come back the following week to fix the wiring harness that connects the washer to the dryer (this is also partly Samsungs fault because it is a weak failure point that we already dealt with once when it was originally installed, but again, they should have checked it before they left.)

Horrible place. No one ever came to fix my refrigerator. They didn't even have the curtousy to call and cancel 5 separate times. The warranty for the refrigerator only had them to service Samsung refrigerators so I had to wait and keep dealing with them. Every time I called the office to see who was coming out to service my refrigerator they never knew anything. I'm still waiting for Lowe's and one stop appliance for a revolution since June and nothing.

Save yourself and do not use this company if you don’t have to. I had to because Samsung uses them for appliance repairs. Ice maker is defective and needed to be replaced.

This company has no care for you whatsoever. No one knows anything and always has to find out from someone else any info. Never get a call back and rarely answer the phone. I called 5 days straight and nothing! My appointment had to be changed several times. Give you a 5 hour window for the appointment and expect you to wait around for them. If Samsung drops them as I talked to them about it they surely will go out of business.
