Chimney Sweep reviews in Englewood, Colorado

Great to work with. Eli took good care of us, helped protect the top of the chimney, added 2 chimney caps, and repaired/lined the inside of both chimneys. Easy to schedule and reasonable prices, I will work with this team again next time I need a cleaning.

Mace did an excellent job! We were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He took care of the maintenance needed same day as the free inspection, making it incredibly easy - we now have a functional fireplace ready for the winter!

Mace came over today to inspect our chimney. He was great! He offered additional information about maintenance and what to look out for with potential future problems. We've had other technicians come out before from other companies, and he was the best by far.

Boaz and Eli responded to our Denver bungalow immediately when the top of one of our chimneys blew off, revealing a badly corroded liner. They gave us multiple options in writing to repair the problem and ultimately built us two custom chases which they nicely powder coated to match. They also properly installed a new stainless steel liner, no small feat in a 112 year old home. Throughout the process, they were communicative, cheerful, honest, and showed up on time each visit. They were an absolute pleasure to work with ! Thanks CrownUp Pros Chimney !

Mace was very professional and great at explaining the process to me. He showed me before and after photos too. The whole process (inspection and sweep) was easy and didn’t take long. I will use Crown up/Mace again next year.

Mace and CrownUp Pros did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning our chimney. Reasonably priced, excellent communication, and very professional. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Mace showed up early and was knowledgeable and friendly. He turned on my pilot light and did an inspection for free. He did not try to upsell me or change me for any services that I didn’t need. He gave me great recommendations for caring for and servicing my gas fireplace. I will be using crown up pros in the future! Thanks, Mace!

Mace came out for our quote and crown repair/chimney sweep on our wood burning fireplace. Mace is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He noticed our gas fireplace and was able to provide a quote for to have that serviced/repaired as well. Would definitely recommend Mace and hope to see him in the future!

The company communicated well. I was sent a reminder of the appointment and Mace arrived on time! Mace did a great job! He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and completed his work well. We will use this company again!

Recently purchased a house that has a lot of needed updates and fixes, with a damaged and potentially leaking chimney being one. Crown up pros explain the issues they saw in a straight forward manner which aligned with other people who had looked at the chimney and firebox. They addressed the exterior issues along with replacing the fireplace doors and fixing damage inside the firebox. Boaz and Eli were very professional and respectful throughout the process.

Super service! Sammy showed up on time, and was extremely polite and professional. He did an amazing job of getting our fireplaces back in working condition (both were non functional when we bought our house!). We were very pleased with the service and will call again!

Mace did a fantastic job inspecting and repairing our chimney. We’ve never used it since moving in but he did a thorough inspection and performed the suggested repairs quickly. His positive attitude and friendliness made sure that we’re going to stick with CrownUp for the coming years!

Thanks, Mace!

Steven with CrownUp Chimney was the best, most efficient chimney technician! Knowledgeable and friendly! He even cleaned the glass doors for us which has never been done for us before! I would most certainly use him again!
Our fireplace and chimney have never been so happy!

Crown up pros did a great job on our chimney cap. We had issues with the cement one letting water get through and causing dirt to be falling down the chimney into the house. They were able to get me an estimate very quickly and worked with my tenant during the install. I would recommend there services.

Mace and Steven from CrownUp Pros came to my house today to check and sweep my chimney. Professional, kind, and were very informative with all the questions I asked. They were both fantastic and I am so thankful for using this company. I would highly recommend CrownUp Pros for any of your chimney needs. I will definitely be using them again next year.
Thank you Mace & Steven!

Eli was great. Very professional and friendly, completing the work quickly. In a clerical mix up they sent a wrong part with him and he drove all the way to the shop and back (at least 45 min) with the right part to finish the job. Before and after photos attached.

Eli did a great job on the install and service. I would highly recommend CrownUp Pros. I recently worked with another company and the experience was not good. These guys are great. Alex/Eli - Thanks for your help!

I will definitely book CrownUp Pros for future chimney inspections and cleanings. Steven was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and explained in detail his inspection report and recommendations. I will definitely request Steven again! He is top-notch!

THIS is the company and techs you want to work with. Efficient, thorough, and a good overview. Mace was our sweep man and was very helpful with condition of the firebox, future maintenance recommendations, and a solid clean out. CU was what I was hoping for after having to send a different company away after trying to gouge me on a "deep clean". Thanks Mace!!

Thank you CrownUp pros! Our fireplace is now ready to keep us warm through the winter. Mace provided outstanding customer service and was very thorough with everything. Will definitely use your services again.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Boaz, Eli and CrownUp Pros. They showed up on time, cleared our very dirty vent pipe, quickly assessed the problems with the vent and the firebox, ordered the the custom parts needed, and made the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing chimney cleaning or repair. DJC
