They were friendly over the phone offered a free quote. Sadly after the quote I never received a follow up. The guys who gave me the quote did say once the office sent the quote it would be higher then what they told me. I assumed once they ran the actual numbers but should have know that was a the 1st red flag. Second red flag is the apprentice flipped my breaker off only for me to find hours later when I realized my freezer was off. Besides all of this I still followed up and was looking to schedule as the original quote was reasonable. The office staff was friendly but unorganized they had no record of my quote and had to follow up. When they did the quote was $1300 for 2 outlets. Saying it would take 2 professional electricians 4 hours. When I questioned this she said she would follow up and never did. Either they didn’t want to do the job and over quoted me to scare me away or thought they could take advantage. Either way would not recommend.
