My mother had solar installed and Yeti did all the electrical. Unfortunately she wasn’t not told about the charges previously and then only found out about the charges when they threatened with putting a lean on her home! Unacceptable! This is an older lady that has always taken care of her finances right away, and to not send her a bill from the get go and threaten with a lean on her home??? Unacceptable! She never receive any kind of bill or statement with what was due after the installation or the months after. Gave the two stars only because the work looks really good… and honestly wanted to do just one star due to all the anxiety and panic that was brought onto my mother. Again… unacceptable. 😡☹️
