"Thank you for expert testimony in court. I appreciate your expertise and willingness to participate in this matter." - John Riley, Montgomery, Little & McGrew

"Park Range did an exemplary job managing the crews and completing the work ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew working on the repairs should be commended for their work ethics."

Park Range stabilized the foundation of my home, a major undertaking. They were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with them. They re-stored my yard to pre-construction condition.

Congratulations! We asked our field Warranty Managers to list their three most cooperative subcontractors. You are one of the top three, and for that we just wanted to say "Thank You"! - Centex Homes

We completed plumbing for them and they never paid us. We did a project with them and they haven’t paid their bill and told us to get our legal team involved after thanking us for the work we completed and approving in writing our estimate and agreeing.

EDIT: We disagree with your recent characterization of events.

At no point prior to or during the project was a permit requested, required in writing, or made a condition of payment in the approved estimate, scope of work, communication or purchase order. The project was clearly communicated and agreed to as a temporary solution with urgency, and it was completed accordingly and approved upon completion.

Payment was repeatedly promised for several months with no mention of permitting. The permit requirement was only raised after payment became overdue, which is why this matter is now being handled through legal counsel.

We stand by our work, our documentation, and our communication throughout this project.

They have renovated over 40 apartments units over the last 3 years and we could not be happier.

As a property manager, Metro has made big projects so easy for me! Great prices, clear communication, and solid work. Definitely recommend!

I have been working with Metro Construction for over 5 years now and it has been great. Brandon and his team are always quick to respond and specialize in communication, customer service, and professionalism. Metro Construction will always be my first call for all of my general contracting needs.

Best contractor for multifamily renovations in Denver. Clubhouse remodels, exterior repairs, Capex improvements, small repairs. Metro construction group can handle it all.

Great experience, would recommend!
Did good job and showed up promptly

Apollo Construction, I am amazed, they say they will finish by whole basement in two months and they did finish it. Dan was amazing, I like when he make things easier for for me, when ever I say I want this his replay was “what ever you want” always find a way and everything you ask him easy in his head, his crew is wonderful Dan has also good connection with his employee. A lot of crew came all of them nice work neatly and leave. I am very happy that I work with them and my basement look stunning.
Keep up the good work.

Apollo Construction did what most contractors don’t, they actually delivered.

Clear timeline, solid communication, and no surprises. When issues came up, they handled them fast instead of making excuses. The quality is strong too, clean work, no shortcuts.

Biggest win! I didn’t have to babysit the project. If you want a contractor that runs like a real business, they’re a safe bet.
