They were very nice , very polite and respectful and completely professional. Since they were new to us I watched them for a short time and realized they knew exactly what they were doing. That translated into efficiency and shorter timeframe to complete the job. After telling us what to be done now I could tell the price would be reasonable. And it was very reasonable! They also informed us of some issues that could possibly happen in the future with no pressure to spend more money now. That was very appreciative and it took the pressure off us to not spend more money now than we needed to.

Alex Dilanyan with Climate Mechanical Solutions installed a new A/C unit at our home a couple years ago and we were very pleased with his professionalism, promptness, price and overall customer service. Last winter our old furnace decided not to work one day so we called Alex to come out and get it up and running for us. He arrived promptly and quickly got us warm again. Since the furnace is at least 20 years old, we decided not to press our luck and get it replaced before the cold weather hit this year. Alex gave us an excellent price on a Carrier 100,000 BTU 97% efficient gas furnace. Today he arrived 15 minutes early, removed the old furnace and installed the new one in 3 hours! Rarely do we have such a great experience with home maintenance companies, so I feel compelled to sing the praises of Alex Dilanyan with Climate Mechanical Solutions. CMS did a fantastic job installing a completely new A/C system for our 3300 sq foot home. They also installed a new furnace and hot water heater, and did a fantastic job on that as well. It has been 6 months now and all is working great! they have been by to check to make sure everything was working well at no extra cost. They were honest, reliable, efficient, fast, cleaned up well after the job was done, and customer service was excellent! The cost was exactly what they had quoted-so no surprises, good prices, great service and warrantied their work. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend to others!

Very knowledgeable and honest. They troubleshooted and fixed my 2 commercial A/C units at my shop. They work great now.
I also had them change some plumbing in my bathrooms as well to bring them up to city code. They passed city inspection with flying colors. I would recommend them and use them again!

Alex was referred to me by a close friend who is an industry insider as "THE GUY" when it comes to HVAC needs. I bought a new home in January of 2020 and immediately the central heating went out. Alex quickly came out on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, and after discussing pricing, a few hours later I had a brand new heating, AC, and coil system. Alex and his help installed, at my request, and high efficiency heating unit that required additional piping and exterior ventilation. Alex was competent and efficient. A few months later when I purchased an ecobee thermostat, I knew who to call for installation. Alex came over and did everything very clean. When we decided that it was time to replace our 20+ years old furnace and AC unit, we contracted with Climate Mechanical Solutions and were impressed by how knowledgeable, professional, and efficient they were. They discussed with us all the options on how to improve the indoor air quality, explained the pros and cons of different brands and types of equipment. Under the current circumstances and since both of us are working from home now, we opted to install a few additional pieces of equipment to humidify, filter and sanitize the air inside our home.
On the day of installation, the crew arrived early, equipped with the personal protective gear, and covered all the working areas. They did an amazing job removing the old units before installing the new and thoroughly cleaning afterward. It has been almost a month since our new HVAC system was installed, and we have been enjoying our clean, cool (or gently heated) indoor air every day.
Climate Mechanical Solutions by far exceeded our expectations and we greatly appreciate all the product and experience they have delivered.
