Fast friendly and not super expensive! We found our new regular plumbers! Just needed help fixing a sink and fixture but Mike had it up, running and leak free in no time!

Pilot light on our furnace would not stay lit.... right before the big weekend storm. They moved the schedule around to fit the repair in. Repairman very polite and efficient. Furnace now working great.

Stopped in to ask a few questions about an unusual water heater in my commercial building. Fully expected them to send a service rep, which was fine, but instead Roy and his staff researched wiring diagrams, pulled parts to compare and finally drew me a diagram to help me fix my situation, all without charging me a penny!
While I hesitate to tell everyone to seek free help from them, they showed that old fashioned customer service
still exists! Well done guys!

The nice lady in the office was amazing and very helpful. We needed a value replaced after a home inspector knocked it off. They were the quickest to respond to our “none emergency” that others plumbers didn’t feel like was a necessary same day fix.

Reliable and fair. I have been using Bill Smith Plumbing for almost 20 years and have been pleased every step of the way. Prior to finding them, I went through several companies that did very little, never had the parts with them (charged for going to get them), and overcharged for what little work they did. You can rely on Bill Smith Plumbing to know what is wrong, fix it and treat you fairly. Can't say enough good things about them. The only bad thing (for me not for them) is they are so good they stay busy, so call when you first see a problem and get them scheduled.

I have used Bill Smith Plumbing for years for annual furnace maintenance and plumbing jobs. I had Bill Smith come out to service a boiler in a home I just bought that had not been serviced for years. They were here all day. The boiler was very dirty and needed to be cleaned and serviced. The wiring had to be fixed. The owner even came out and worked on the boiler. These guys back their work and I could not be more pleased.

They came to my house within a half hour of hearing about the problem.
The plumber named Luther was extremely courteous and very helpful even to the point of saving me money by letting me know what would be under warranty.
He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and solved three of our kitchen sink problems very well. In fact he did excellent work. I will continue to work with this company whenever I have plumbing problems. Thanks Dr. Caplan

Other guys wanted $850 to repair a busted wire that was causing our AC not to work; also said it would take “all day” to repair. Bill Smith Plumbing came out the very day I called them for a second opinion, was prompt, and repaired the damaged wire very quickly for $144! Would highly recommend.

Sears sent me a “contracted” Repair person who was an independent operator. That company told me that my furnace had a cracked heat exchange and that I needed a new furnace. After feeling something wasn’t right I decided to call Bill Smith and my gut instinct was correct!!!! All it needed was a $12.88 part. The other company tried charging my warranty company to install the new furnace and also tried conning me out of another $875 in “non covered” installation fees at the last minute. They knew I was desperate for heat since the temperatures dropped to below freezing. I hope this example shows you Bill Smith is a local reputable business who does the right thing even when it doesn’t make them the most money. Thank you Bill Smith!!!!!

Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating repaired a very old furnace and saved it's life, and rescued us. The office staff and the two technicians that served us were so wonderful, from finding workable parts for a dinosaur furnace, to the work completed timely and well, to treating us with respect and kindness during this difficult time of covid. They turned a very stressful and disaster-potential situation into a fix, saving us the cost of a new furnace. I highly recommend.

Sean did a FANTASTIC job replacing my water meter yoke! I will be using Bill Smith pluming from now on! Fair pricing too! Another company wanted to charge me $1100 for a three hour job, Bill Smith was less than half that! Professional service all around!

Bill Smith recently replaced our water heater. I was pleased with the quick response to my call and the work that was completed. The plumber who installed the water heater took the time to explain everything to me. Also a good job of cleaning up after the installation

I had a faucet problem in my bathtub, which had a Moen fixture which are very difficult to replace and repair. We walked into the shop, and Roy assisted us with a tremendous amount of patience, and knowledge regarding how to alleviate our issues. I would highly recommend this plumbing service. They are very professional, kind and knowledgeable.

Needed to have the hot and the cold valves replaced in my shower upstairs as well as downstairs. Previous company only replaced the gaskets about 3 years ago and they started to fail which caused the valves to drip when they were shut off. Lose her came out and replace them and recaulked around me hot and cold. Luther spent the time to explain my options and I decided to go with replacing the valves versus replacing the entire unit. Price comparison is well within other companies estimates. Bill Smith has also replace my hot water heater and put in surge protectors as I had too much water pressure coming into the house from the main. Overall I'm very pleased with the work that Bill Smith does.

They are experts, customer service oriented and do the job right the first time. From the office staff to on site staff, I am totally satisfied.

This is lisa. Luther came out today to fix a A copper pipe that burst when we forgot to remove our hose this winter. He also looked at the bathroom sink upstairs and gave us a couple great money saving tips. He showed up on time and was professional and worked quickly and did a great job! Bill Smith is our go to for both plumbing and heating needs. We have used them several times over the past couple of years. The first time we used them was after we had a horrible experience with another plumbing company who came out to snake our main line and caused major damage to our basement. We looked at reviews for Bill Smith and talked to a couple of other neighbors when we needed this completed the time following. We loved them. They talked with me through the entire process and explained why that had happened with the other company and what they do to avoid problems as that putting me at ease. We decided that we liked our first experience so much to have them come out and service our ancient furnace which they did and again we had nothing but praise. We have never had a problem with customer service or having a bad technician come out and perform work. Yes, sometimes we have had to leave a message but we always get a call back. This past winter we had a piece break on our furnace and like I said before, our furnace is very, very old. It was the beginning of winter and when we called Bill Smith they were booked out a couple of weeks. They offered after hour service but we chose not to go that route and instead went with a different company. What a waste of time that was. The person came out and barely looked at our furnace, saw how old it was and told me that we were in danger of carbon monoxide, etc and needed to purchase a new one immediately then sent out their person to give us quotes. It didn't set well so I called Bill Smith back and set up an appointment with them. They came out and fixed the part for a fraction of the cost of a new furnace, tested for carbon monoxide (none found from the furnace) and provided us with ways to make our furnace last longer. We always ask for a quote ahead of time to know approximately our costs and they have never exceeded that quote and many times been under it. We highly recommend them.

Recently Charles G. with Bill Smith Plumbing fixed my bath faucet. He was courteous, professional, tidy, time efficient and he even gave me a coupon discount before I asked for it! Bill Smith has been my go to for any plumbing and or heating repair needs for 15+ yrs! I highly recommend them!

Couple weeks ago our water pipe busted and flooded our basement. We called bill smith plumbing towards the end of the day and they sent a technician out right away. The technician, Dylan, arrived within 30 min. He was professional and very skilled. He found the busted pipe right away and only had to cut less than 2 square foot into our dry wall. He fixed the broken pipe within the estimated time and gave us recommendations for what to do/not to do to help prevent similar issues in the future. We’re not experienced with pricing but it seemed very reasonable for the amount of work done and urgency of request. We’re so thankful to have found bill smith plumbing and will be using them for any future work needed.
