Bentley and Keith are excellent! I usually like to handle repairs myself if I have the right tools, but I didn't have what I needed to work with PEX pipe. The last person who worked on my dishwasher feed line had put two shut-off valves on a single line, which made things complicated. When Bentley and Keith looked at the issue, they immediately understood the problem. One valve was working, but the other was blocking the water flow. They replaced the whole section of pipe and installed just one valve, the way it should be. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job fixing the feed line for my dishwasher. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

i had a plumbing emergency over the weekend when the water shut-off valve on my bathroom toilet broke, sending water everywhere. i called a local plumber and spoke with colin, who listened to my problem and came to my house quickly. he was friendly, skilled, and fixed the issue fast. you can tell colin really knows his way around plumbing work. the job was done right, with no mess left behind. i've tried a couple other plumbers before, but colin's service was the best by far. i'm really happy with how everything turned out and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

This is an update to my earlier review. We were hearing gurgling sounds when we flushed our toilets. Bentley and Eric came to the rescue. The plumbers replaced the toilet seals and o-rings on both toilets and checked the drainage pipes from the toilets to the main drain line, clearing out a soft blockage that was causing the issue. We are consistently happy with the service from our plumbing team. They are professional, polite, and always arrive on time for appointments. Bentley and Eric clearly explained what needed to be done and answered all our questions. The repairs were done quickly and effectively. Overall, we highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in need. They are a dependable and trustworthy team that offers outstanding customer service. In a previous review, the plumbing team also installed a new bathroom, ran a gas line, and set up duct work for a new fireplace. Their plumbing services are top-notch, and the staff is always prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
