I highly recommend if you are looking for a roof or roof repair you reach out to Jack Jordan with Top Notch Contracting. I had to get my roof replaced due to hail damage. Jack and his crew took the time to go over everything in detail for me took extensive pictures and met with my insurance adjuster so I did not have to do any of the explanation nor negotiation with the insurance. My insurance did not cover the entire cost of the roof and Jack and his team were able to get the price to a very reasonable number that I was able to move forward with. He was great to work with very attentive. They listened to my concerns corrected issues caused by previous companies and even went above and beyond installing and upgrading some heat tape for my gutters. The roof is amazing I have had multiple neighbors comment on how they like it and might copy me when time comes for a new roof of their own. I was very pleased with Traci Sevores and That One Construction Company! They were extremely proficient and gave me lots of recommendations. Not only did they help with my roof but Traci made recommendations to save on my energy costs! She made my energy cost drop by also doing my roof and offering me solar shingles- she is certified to look at both ways to save me money over a long period of time. And their warranties that are offered are tremendous! I will be recommending her and the install crew from now on. Thank you Traci so much! She was also helpful with the insurance process but also financing the higher end solar shingles!
