At first Ryan and Dave were great I came in spent $1300 in sheet metal the next day I went in to buy more and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to say the least I'll never shop there again can't believe that an owner treating his customer that way bad bad business

Custom welded fittings, and standard fittings, as well as custom welded parts, on aluminum, carbon, and stainless steels.

Highly recommended. Needed an offset 90° elbow for over-the-range hood to vent around a stud and a HVAC duct. Sent drawing and dimension via email, got a quote for ~$110 and picked up product in 2 days. Excellent price, specially for the quality and turnaround time. Support local businesses, going the big box route would have cost me at least the same amount in material alone!

I was very surprised about how helpful Ryan at CHI was with my ducting. Ryan sat down with me a multiple times to help me get everything right. These guys have earned my business for life.

Ryan and his team at CHI are fantastic. I'm a homeowner, not a contractor, and, on a couple occasions Ryan took time and expertise to design and manufacture some small custom HVAC pieces needed at my home. I've had a chance to briefly engage with other staff at CHI - all are friendly and professional. My experiences at CHI were especially pleasing as I'm 'just' a homeowner - yet time and expertise, and great products were gladly provided to me.

Ryan and the team at CHI are fantastic! When planning a kitchen remodel I found that the existing ductwork was too low to accommodate the range hood I planned to install. Ryan designed a custom duct fitting to fit the range hood and allow me to use the existing duct work without having to cut into the wall or remove siding. Ryan and his team were helpful and courteous throughout, producing a custom fitting for only a few dollars more than a stock piece. I would have no hesitation in recommending CHI to anyone for their ventilation and HVAC needs.

I wanted to bring cooling air from the swamp cooler that is on the roof of a two story house, to the first floor using ductwork. The problem: the joist in the attic were not line up with the joist of the first floor ceiling. I went to CHI manufacturing trying to figure out a very complex duct problem. Ryan Scharrel went above and beyond to help me; he designed the ductwork with 3D computer software; told me what measurements I need to take, and adjusted the design to work with the roof pitch of a 1901 house. A swamp cooler company quoted the work at 10K. I spent about 2K getting the materials, opening the ceilings and floor myself to take measurements, and paying someone to install the ductwork. All together I will spend 3k including enclosing the ductwork. I couldn’t have done the work without Ryan. Thank you CHI Manufacturing for saving me 7K.

This place is fantastic! They are very customer oriented and have a vast amount of knowledge about their products. Got some spiral round ducting and they were great helping me get everything I needed! They have great inventory and do some fabrication and manufacturing on site.
