Bear Creek Tree Service was superb in trimming a podless Locust in my front yard! They were on time, had plenty of workers, finished in 2 hours. Beautiful work on the trimming, not just trimming but making sure it looked great after. AND cleaned up really well (not easy with those little locust leaves). Price was also good.

What a wonderful experience! Initially, David the arborist, came out and provided an explicit estimate. Amy the Office Manager then scheduled the service date. Amy was a consummate professional. She was communicative and reliable. She not only answered many of my questions, but always followed up as promised. When the crew arrived Juan the foreman confirmed what I wanted done. Juan was very personable, and a great communicator as well. Juan relayed my instructions to the crew. The rest of the crew included Toby and Ben (the climbers), Eric and his son Eddie, and Alex. The entire crew was professional and courteous. The crew had an attention to detail and work ethic seldom seen. Toby, on numerous occasions, asked me if the trees were being trimmed to my liking. His follow-up was appreciated. The entire crew worked incredibly hard. Their efficiency and level of detail amazed me. My trees were trimmed thoroughly, and impeccably. Even the crews cleanup after the trees were trimmed was unbelievable, especially considering the yard was covered in snow. Essentially, not even a single twig was left on the ground. Amazing! In all my 60+ years this is without a doubt the best tree trimming service I have experienced. Bear Creek Tree Service is a standout, one of a kind company, deserving the highest of accolades.Thank you kindly.

Your crew was on time , polite and professional. My apple tree looks perfect . They got right on the trim and a lot was involved but the were done and gone in less than an hour. If you want a great price and service, this is where you want to go.

We had a large tree removed along with trimming numerous other trees and removal of old bushes. I was extremely impressed with their team work on all phases. Friendly, knowledgeable and delivered what they promised. Their clean-up was more than I expected. Highly recommend this company.

The crew arrived as planned. They did a great job taking out our 70 year old spruce tree. Very safety oriented. Great crew. Clean up and stump grinding was done perfectly. I have six trees in my yard that vary in size. Bear Creek was hired to trim and shape the trees. This is the second time that I used this company. I was pleased with the service the first time, which was at a property as a different location. The second time there were some issues, but the management staff, responded to the situation and I was pleased with the final outcome.
The management is very responsive and I felt like they want the customer to be pleased with the work that they do.
For best results, be sure to meet with the crew before they start and before they pack up to leave. Be clear about what you want and what you convey to the crew that comes to do your work. My personal preference for having good looking trees is to 1. prune branches that are competing with other branches for light; 2. trim branches that are growing downward; and 3. ultimately, the tree should look balanced.

The service rendered was pretty mediocre. The arborist showed up late (edit: by late, i mean after the time window i was given), which wasn't a big deal, but i wasn't informed and thought they might not be showing up at all, which had happened with another tree Co.
Also, the bill listed cleanup for over $100, but I'm not impressed with their cleanup - they left wood chips from our diseased ornamental plum all over the grass, which i needed to rake up so it wouldn't die. For $100, I would have expected the spilled wood chips to be raked up, rather than needing to do it myself. The amount of wood chips left behind smothering my grass was large relative to the diameter of the stump.

Will NEVER use. One of their drivers blew through a stop sign and nearly t-boned my car with my children inside. After they successfully cut off everyone with the right of way in traffic this gem then proceeded to nearly murder a cyclist. Better services offered around this one. Please use a business where they can provide their services and drive a vehicle.

This owner seems to pick fights with anyone unhappy so let's all stay tuned for an adorable response.
