Fir Sure provided great service for our tree pruning. Jeff answered or called back and took the time to discuss through the issues and provide multiple recommendations for different budgets. He was even willing to talk to the city for us if necessary. They did a fast, clean job each time they came out.

FirSure tree trimming did an excellent job on a very difficult tree and another tree as well. I liked the crew a lot as they were very personable and worked very well. Jeff, the owner, personally handled the difficult tree and it came out better than I expected. Overall, fast, efficient, on time, and a very reasonable price compared to others.

Our project included the removal of two large trees and trimming of two other trees. The crew showed up on time both days. They performed their work very professionally and safely. Afterwards they completely cleaned the area, removing all logs, limbs and wood chips -- it was like they were never there! They also answered all our questions. We were very impressed with their work and would hire them again.

Professional, economical, and punctual. I compared several local services and Fir Sure had the best price. When the crew came to site on the day of service they were all polite and on task for the duration of the job.

Jeff and team were super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. They were efficient and clean, and did a great job on removing our two large, dead cottonwoods in our backyard. Highly recommend!

Fir Sure Arbor Pro took down a tree for me yesterday. It was a very tall (50ft) White pine that was planted way too close to our house. Alonzo and his crew had it completely down in about 90 minutes, I think. Then that afternoon, the stump was ground (I forget the man's name) and he was fantastic also. Both crews left the yard clean, and were friendly and respectful and safe. I've already recommended them to my neighbor.I got three estimates and Jeff was the cheapest. All three companies seemed reasonable, but Fir Sure had uniformly positive reviews so I felt comfortable going with them. Highly recommended!

Jeff and his team were superb. I needed two aspens in our yard cut down as they were dying. Jeff was quick, communicative and extremely fairly priced. I had gotten a few other quotes - some never bothered to answer my questions and Jeff replied to all my questions and concerns almost immediately. His team showed up on time, did a great job and left my backyard as they had found it - just without trees :) highly recommend!

Today marks the second time I have used Fir Sure; their communication is wonderful, they arrive precisely when they say they are going to, they are honest with their quotes and their pricing is competitive.

We have a lot more work to do and they will continue to receive our business.

Fir Sure Arbor trimmed up two very large shade trees for me. All my expectations were met or exceeded. Trees look great, the yard was left very clean, the team of six arrived on time and worked quickly. Pricing toward the high end but effort and expertise well worth it. Highly recommend.

The team that did our tree service was FIRST RATE!! They were on time, efficient, friendly, helpful and provided several helpful tips on how to care for our trees. I highly recommend Fir Sure Arbor!

I had 6 different estimates to trim two trees, Fir Sure was only one to include all necessary info, including copies of liability insurances. Jeff is reliable and easy to work with. The crew was on time and did a great job.
One of the trees was a 45 yr. old green ash and unfortunately had emerald ash borer insects and the tree had to be removed, the cost of which was listed on my estimate. The change of plan was put into action, the crew knew what needed to be done and finished quickly. All debris was removed and yard cleaned up, with large branches and sections of trunk picked up next morning.
I have more trees needing attention and a stump now needing to be removed. I will be hiring Fir Sure again.

Can’t say enough great things about Jeff and his team at Fir Sure! We desperately needed our trees pruned and trimmed back, and Fir Sure did an AMAZING job. It opened our backyard up! Even our neighbors have complimented on how great the trees look. We will only use Fir Sure from here on out, and I will always recommend Jeff to others who need a great arborist!

Crew came with a bunch of climbers and ropes and really cleaned up the trees, not just the outside shape but all the overgrowth inside. Have large honey locusts. I had hired a company a couple of years ago for similar price and all they did was shape the outside/left dead and spindly branches. Fir Sure did a much better job, will hire them again this fall for the fruit trees!

I got about 5 estimates for trimming (3) 30-year old trees, and Fir Sure was the most competitive with the highest reviews as well.

Jeff is not only an arborist, but an artist. Him and his team managed to turn my unkempt trees into beauties. They arrived on time and completed the work within a few hours - they left my lawn cleaner then when they arrived.

Very happy with the work done and the guys behind it - fully recommend.
