Jeff and his crew were skilled and efficient and their work is fairly priced. Second time using Fir Sure and should I need tree work done in the future, I’ll use them again.

I don't leave reviews very often but had to make time for this one. I couldn't be more impressed with Jeff and his team from Fir Sure Arbor Pro! We bought our place in August of 2020 and noticed our extremely large elm tree had never been treated. There was more dead branch clusters leaning towards the house than live ones on the entire tree. I received 10 different quotes from tree pruning companies and could tell right away that Jeff was the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring of them all. His knowledge of trees is only outweighed by the immaculate job him and his crew do. They completed the job quickly and cleaned our yard as if they owned the place. He even cleaned out my gutters which was certainly not part of the quote. From start to finish working with Jeff and his company has been an absolute pleasure. We will use his service at all our properties moving forward and I really hope anyone reading this does the same.

Can't say enough about how impressed I was working with Jeff and his team! We had a very large tree in our backyard with several dead limbs and some precarious branches near power lines/over garages, and they did an excellent job with the removal. Leading up to the removal, they were super responsive, answered my many questions I had leading up to the removal, and professional throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal work in Denver, you can't go wrong with these guys!

Fir Sure Arbor Pro is the most professional tree company I've encountered. From the level of excellence they provided to the safety precautions as well as the professionalism they offer. I really did not expect such a great experience with tree removal. They have really set a high bar!

Jeff Baker was the provider on call and he was like a one man crew. We needed 4 separate 100 foot trees removed and from start to finish they took great care of our yard, provided fair rates and executed in a really timely fashion.

Overall I highly recommend Fir Sure Arbor pro for all the above reasons. They are a pleasure to interact with and whatever they say they are going to do, they will go above and beyond in my experience. Great operation!

The staff of Fir Sure arrived early and got right to work. The area of the debris was clean and free of leaves. These guys are professional and good at their job.

Knowledgeable, well-done work. Jeff is clearly an expert that cares about tree health with a long-term perspective. Was more detailed and thoughtful that 3 other Arborists, yet also quoted excellent price -- a hidden gem. Scheduling was easy and Jeff was communicative when an earlier time became available. Work and cleanup was well performed. Weeks later, Jeff jumped on the phone to advise on some unrelated questions I had about caring for a spruce in my backyard that wasn't in the original scope of work -- he's clearly willing to go the extra mile. Would not consider anywhere else.

Jeff and his team were fantastic! From the first time I contacted them, they responded quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. They were on time and completed all the work as promised. They cleaned up and hauled off everything. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I was worried about how they would trim the tree in the front yard with limbs on the roof. That needed to be fixed without messing up the structure of the tree. They did a beautiful job, and I felt like they loved my trees as much as I do!

We had Fir Sure come out in December to trim two large Silver Maple trees. They did a great job – showed up on time, came prepared, knew what they were doing, did an exceptional job of cleaning our yard of all the branches and little twigs when they were done, and did it all at a very reasonable price. So when we decided to remove two medium sized evergreen-type shrub/trees, I called them again to get an estimate. Jeff came by and told us it would be easy for us to do the job ourselves and demonstrated how. I was skeptical, but my husband gave it a try the next day, and sure enough, they popped right out of the ground. He could have charged us for the work and made some very easy money, but he was honest and helpful instead. There aren’t a lot of companies you can say that about these days. We will definitely use this company for any tree trimming we need in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Amazing Group of Arborists. Never seen any with this much skill. We had a giant 65 foot double top long needle pine that was literally 6 feet from our foundation and Jeff/crew were able to meticulously remove the tree without any damage whatsoever. They then proceeded to remove 3 other trees for our neighbors that were in similar spots. Professional throughout the whole job and without a doubt fair pricing.

Jeff (owner/arborist) and his knowledgeable crew just completed (May '25) trimming four different species of trees for me. There were two groups of clump trees - a large three-trunk clump of Thornless Cockspur Hawthornes, a three-trunk clump, 25+' Redbud, three separate 25-30' Columnar Oaks & a large Newport Plum.
All these trees were planted in 2002.
Over the years, I've had them trimmed 4-5 times by different established Denver Arborists. I keep changing companies, as I was never particularly impressed with the work that was done.
Until now.
Fir Sure Arbor Pro took their time & my trees were finally rejuvenated. All the dead, crossed limbs & overgrowth were finally removed - now the trees receive necessary interior light. Selective limb trimming re-shaped each species to direct & promote it's future growth. They look revived, like new healthy trees.
Every aspect of my job was handled professionally from the estimate to the clean-up.
If you need knowledgeable & thorough tree care professionals for trimming or consultation, I can't say enough!

Fir Sure provided great service for our tree pruning. Jeff answered or called back and took the time to discuss through the issues and provide multiple recommendations for different budgets. He was even willing to talk to the city for us if necessary. They did a fast, clean job each time they came out.

FirSure tree trimming did an excellent job on a very difficult tree and another tree as well. I liked the crew a lot as they were very personable and worked very well. Jeff, the owner, personally handled the difficult tree and it came out better than I expected. Overall, fast, efficient, on time, and a very reasonable price compared to others.
